Freezer foods seem to be a real challenge. I mean Eight chickens completely fill one freezer and they sell like hotcakes?
You may want to look at rearranging the shelves in the store. Give everything in the store its own shelf except the small items where there’s a ton so they get 2 of the 4 racks on the shelf. And then keep your storage stocked. May help with ordering so often. Then big stuff like tp and potatoes getting two entire shelves.
you can fix the stuck stocking guy buy seeing what he's trying to restock and completely remove that product from the shelf including the tag marking what product it is that should unstuck him. Also time won't start until you open the first time (to start the day) so I find it easier to completely have my shelves restocked and my storage inventory restocked for the day.
Rearrange your shelves and if you ever did take a loan out, do it at the very first start of the game and then afterwards after you get like two of everything you'll be set and you won't need to take loans out ever. At least that's what I do is never take any loans out ever since that first time😊😊😊 But yes I would say reorganize your shelves like move them around

Hi Brad before you order take a stock take in your stock room the order what you need so you don't overstock yourself which you don't need.

Not that it is a big deal but the longer the lights are on the more expensive the electricity bill is for the day. If you want to save like $20 per day you can wait until it is getting dark to turn on the lights.
