CUTKD Poomsae Kick Technique Workout

  • This is a workout to help practise and refine your poomsae kicks, although it's also great help with sparring as it increases leg strength. There intentionally isn't music in the background so you can put on whatever tunes you want.
    The video will go through several exercises for front kick, turning kick and (everyone's favourite) side kick to increase power, flexibility and strength.
    It's up to you to choose how many reps of each exercise you do, and how long you do the hold. The idea is to gradually increase number of reps, height of kicks and to stop holding the wall.
