- In this video we upgrade the air filters in my Porsche Macan S! I went with the Porsche air filter set (Alpha) from AMS performance. The sound is slightly better and the throttle response is better. This video will be helpful when installing the filters and I recommend you watch this before ordering.

Thanks SO much for air intake info. I have a very generous hubby, gifted me a 2018 Macan, 31K miles. I❤❤ to drive it. Will be following ur advice re air intake swap. I know I can do this myself following ur explicit instructions. Can’t wait to hear/feel the difference. See you on the road. Oh yes, have the S model w all the outstanding vroom vroom options.
Get the COBB ecu tune. You'll like your car x10 more.
Torx head bolts and screws. The tools used to remove or install them are also called Torx drivers/wrenchs/socket sets ect.
I always forget the name of em as well, and say "star" when trying to explain the shape I need. LOL

Just a heads up, from a person who had both these filters and Flat6 - Flat6 are miles better. I didn't like that AMS ones a bit wobbly in place, and don't sit tight enough. Some dust can easily get in there

Yep it's great. Also most of those will be under warranty so you have far less to worry about. The warranty is 4 years 50,000 miles so just get one under warranty
I'm an M2 Comp owner with a MYP on order. Between the Y, Macan, and the M2 you had, what is your favorite to drive? I've been considering the Macan recently over the MYP.
Between the three I've owned the M2 is by far my favorite to drive

@@nealpatel5556 Yea I considered CarPlay but my understanding is it's glitchy and takes a while to install so I am not sure it's worth it.
