- The National Rugby League is blessed to have players from all over the world and some of the best of the best are of Pacific Island heritage. Here I put together a imaginative lineup just for entertainment purposes to see how the New South Wales Blues and Queensland Maroons teams will look like if only Pacific Players were Selected.

The expansion of future Rugby League in Pacific is Enormous. To cater for this we a team each from 4 Pacific Country and 2 more from Australia and 1 New Zealand. It no secret WE FOLLOW THE SUPER LEAGUE SYSTEM OF ENGLISH LEAGUE ?
This is where our own people 🇼🇸🇹🇴🇫🇯 fight each other because the love of the sport 🤣

Pacific Islanders should give moral support to PNG NRL inclusion bit to gain experience before venturing into state of origin in our own backyard.

What is going on with Russia , South Africa USA , Lebanon and others no longer included in the rugby league world cup.?
Sadly rugby league is only big in England, New Zealand, Australia and Papua New Guinea. There's no market for it globally unlike rugby because the nations you've mentioned don't have a system in place to develop juniors properly and build them up into pros by the time they are 18 or 19. Getting an NRL team is definitely possible but unless you have the money to splurge on star players that are willing to leave their family and country to come over , then it'll be a very hard thing to achieve in the near future. In time it'll happen but it has to start from the bottom up. Can't build a house without the foundations

Big contracts make players less motivated. look at Taumalolo for instance. Not the same player after that 10 mil contract

@@yessirrr5182 Yes. just like in any regular 9 to 5 job, there should be a performance clause in each contract stating the performance you showed to get that contract must be consistent in the entirety of your contract. It's a shame because that money could have been used to acquire more talents. Free up the cap space too
