In April 1998 Barry mentioned that the Bee Gees were writing songs for their next album, and that they had just completed a very good song that Robin would sing. This is believed to be ‘Sensuality’. Robin recorded it later by himself for the Bee Gees, but it was not released.

yes, but remember even he said there was three people writing those songs. Barry wasn't a one man show. He needed those harmonies and the input his brothers brought to the table. Don't overlook the twins without all 3 Barry wouldn't be rich and famous. They were the BeeGees and their first #1 was Massachusetts sang by Robin written by all 3.
@@conniebostic5445 - Yup. Barry and Robin were a songwriting team like Lennon/McCartney or Elton John/Bernie Taupin. They were ying and yang and complimented each other. Barry said Robin was a terrific composer and lyricist. Maurice was the guy who put it all to music. Neither Robin nor Barry were nearly as versatile as musicians. THEY WERE THREE. Without Robin and Maurice there would be no Bee Gees. Even as kids the little twins were a novelty when matinee idol types like Barry were a dime a dozen. Quite a few of their early hits were sung (and primarily written) by Robin. A couple of Robin's LP's did not involve Barry at all. One produced the only #1 solo hit by any of the Bee Gees, "Juliet", and he also composed the orchestral "Titanic Requiem" (played by the National Philharmonic) with his "son". His last solo LP (50 St Catherine's Drive) is beautiful.

Mr. C. Jokey. Because this song was not included in "This is where I came in". Would you believe it?! I think there were plans to release it as B-side to some single, or possibly in a new album. But as you well know....a new Bee Gees album never happened.

@Mathieu BUCHHOLTZ On his Secret Agent album he sings falsetto on the chorus for King of Fools. He also sings in falsetto on Gone With The Wind and Remedy on the Walls Have Eyes album. He also sings some high pitched lines on Do You Love Her (also on Walls Have Eyes).

Really interesting song...What a beautiful vocal by Robin...Very slight vibrato...no falsetto, (although this is mostly heard in Barry's voice) Just pure sound of Robin's very very nice voice....wish he could still be here....What a bright light he was...and no doubt continues to be wherever he is on the other side...

I wish My Personal 911 would have been included on 50 SCD. It's my understanding Robin wanted this included when it was first going to be released 2007/08. I think the record company had other ideas. Robin made a snippet of it available on his website years ago. It's beautiful. The words are poignant. "It was my personal 911 when you left". Think that was it. I always felt this song was about Mo. Actually, many of the songs Rob wrote post Mo were attributed to his overwhelming grief.

Barry is still alive. As to whether he will make any more music-that is a big question! I think he has more than earned his retirement if he so chooses!
There are times that they are here. Hard to let go of their music. Glad I have some left yet. Still find some of their music on recods. Missing Mo, Barry and Robin.

It's mind boggling just how much material has never been released officially. When Robin split with his brothers in late sixties He released one album ' Robin's Reign' but had written a lot of songs and a new album ready to be released in 1970 sing slowly sisters eventually got a release in 2015. But there's loads more.
