Can you please recommend a authentic local restaurant?. I went last year to Santa teresa gallura and we ask to the local guy recommendations for authentic cosine without the fancy ambiance. Just genuine local people and food. He give us the tourists stuff. Overpriced and not the best food. And know the island has some much to offer that I’m going there again and now with more time to explore. Any advice I really appreciate. Grazie mille 🇮🇹 ❤🇵🇹
