- In this video I show you our Independence Day, 4th of July tablesetting for 5. I like to decorate a beautiful table. It allows me to show off my passion for dinnerware and the art of the table. If you have been with us, you will remember this blue and white 100% cotton 70 inch round tablecloth purchased a couple of years ago. This tablecloth can also work with other Summery themes as well. For our 4th of July celebration we are going with a more casual look. I decided to use our scalloped white lace chargers from Hobby Lobby and our blue and white vintage plates made in England. I made a small simple arrangement for the center of our table to bring all of our American colors together on this table. We hope you like our video today and it gives you some inspiration to get creative on a pretty tablesetting for your 4th of July get together. ….. and you’ve done it again!! Not a holiday I celebrate with a lot of enthusiasm and have lost count of the number of times have been asked if we celebrate Fourth of July in UK. Smile sweetly and answer ‘Yes’ - just easier than explaining!! I think this is my favorite Fourth of July table. There are things I love from every Patriotic theme you did each year. I am definitely going to add the “Countryside” Wedgewood plates to my “buy” list for next years table. I also copied your ribbon idea in my chandelier and across my table and used a similar Transfer wear pitcher as my vase as well. Again, I LOVE this theme!! ❤️🤍💙❤️🤍💙❤️🤍💙

The idea of mixing different style of dishes is perfect, for those who are afraid of mixing this is a great example of how it is done and the end result if absolutely perfect. Bouquet is splendid and the star of the show (for me) is the use of the little lobster/crab this is piece is so, so, SO cute !!!! Of course, you had to surprise us adding this ribbon, love the idea! I.tried cooking alligator when we lived in New Orleans but I'm afraid it didn't turn out to well for me. Your table is lovely and you didn't use much to create your theme. Nice not to have to run out and buy things. Great job, Jeff! 🎶👍💕🇺🇸

I didn't think of the blue and white for July 4th, but I love it.
--- Here in Virginia I have "Williamsburg Pottery" in the blue and gray. I think that is everybody's favorite because if you search for it the blue and gray shows up, even though the shop has every color in the rainbow, I am sure.
--- One of the antique malls here had cobalt blue and red glass displayed for Memorial Day and July 4th. I thought my milk glass party plates would go well with that sort of thing, but your hobnail items reminded me that I also put my hobnail vases in my July box of decorations.
--- Ribbon is a good idea for any season to add a splash of color. I used to make and embroider miniature tea towels with little vintage designs and tie a narrow ribbon at the top, and sold lots of them in a shop. This brings back memories.

Awesome memories ! My grandparents took me to Florida for the first time in 1969...Hurricane Camille just devastated the Gulf coast and My Aunt was in Biloxi Miss. so we went to see them ...then Fla. I was hooked and eventually moved here after a tour with the US Navy Submarine force ! And working for Myself .....I Love key lime pie ! 🇺🇸👫🌞🌴🐣

Hi ya Jeff , I love red and blue together . Sorry this the first time I've had the chance to catch up on your videos been to the eye specialist I have to go to hospital on 12th September to get checked up . Needles again in the eyes but I'm used to them now after 4 years. Still blind in right eye. 💥💥💥Your Independence Day table setting is glorious! I think that tablecloth is perfect, it looks just right for summer. Your floral arrangement is superb, as always. 🌹🌹🌹.
