    Wow, like a horror movie . Saw the gang graffiti , the filth was truly awful. I don’t know how you sleep at night to even “offer” up for all to see a place like this just deplorable and as well one-you yourself would never spend one night in !! Greed, it’s a thing. All the poor people in Florida regretting buying a house because the nightmare of insurance cost was never revealed to them, plus the safety issues living there, just not cool the level of deception to sell a place to make a quick buck👎

      Unfortunately, there are a t ton of people in this world that cannot afford to buy a decent home at 250,000 or a nice home at 325,000 or a great home at 500,000 plus so I like to add walk-throughs of all price points on the channel. At 80,000 I think people know what they are buying - a home that needs a LOT of work. But that is all some can afford. This home is advertised as such, cash only and cannot be insured as is. It is in need of a rehab. All inspections are always encouraged as we want our buyers to know exactly what the condition of the home they are buying is in. Once purchased (likely by an investor- these are the deals they are looking for) it will be fixed up and probably go back on the market at 175000 to 200000 and will not be an option for many to buy at that point. I cannot speak for others but insurance is a factor when purchasing a home if there is financing involved so buyers are aware of the insurance premium they are paying before they sign on the dotted line to purchase. Insurance - like pretty much everything else will probably continue to increase. I own a home myself and I am not exempt from the same increases everyone else has to pay. It is the price of living in Florida!

      Even if the house is $80,000 you know how much money they would need just to fix it that house definitely needs to be torn down and make it brand new
