This song became very emotional for the students and audience as it also provided a farewell to our 4 amazing seniors.

They performed so well some of them actually started to get emotional this is so beautiful

That’s probably stage direction. They cried in the scene in the movie.
The emotion you see is real. This was used as a goodbye to the seniors so both the kids performing and the parents watching were very emotional.
Everyone was great but mad props to the girls playing the Siamese Twins. They really move as one body. Love this whole crew!!!

This was stunning. I wondered why everyone looked both elated and devastated, then i read the description. That's a beautiful farewell. Best of luck to them all!

5:07 Wow okay so i already cried a hundred times while rewatching this video and i just now noticed that the bearded girl comforts the pink haired one who is close to breaking down, im crying again

There was a lot of emotion in the room as this dance was used as a goodbye to our seniors

Choreography was by Zandra and Aly Thomas. Costuming was mostly done by the students themselves and the whole production was put together in 2 weeks! These were "extra" dances that were performed during our end of year showcase. These students performed these dances along with all of their competition pieces. It was magical in person
It's amazing how they did justice to the song. I can feel that this choreography has the same feeling sa the song. Cheers to the one playing Barnum. It may look funny but this placed a smile on my face and remin(ed me theatthere still are people who put emotions in what they do and arent robots👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you! Yes, the emotion you see in this song is very real. "Barnum" was one of the graduating seniors and this was their last performance together

I can’t tell you how many times I rewatched this video. These people are so talented, and made me melt if how much they seem to care about each other. The boy in the white and black brought me to absolute tears. The way they all danced for each other. Absolute magic.

This is my favorite performance of that song...so emotional, so strong...every time I saw ( and was many times ) I can't handle my emotions and tears starting rolling my face.

Just Wow! I got the same chills agian like when I saw the movie before! Such energy and the dance is freaking awesome, but the characters are so in focused and in tune!!!! Love this piece, you guy did beyond great!
Thank you! The kids each created their own costumes for their characters in the 2 weeks before the performance. All the dances were learned in those 2 weeks as well.

That's my favorite part too! Did you know who he stops in front of? The 2 ladies he hugs at the front are the studio owners/ teachers/ choreographers and then when he stops on the side before heading back to the stage, he is right in front of his Mom ❤️
I just discovered The Greatest Showman and like many here fell in love with this song. This performance keeps bringing me back and I've actually gotten a few new favorite songs by watching performances suggested.
I wonder if the seniors ever did come back home? I hope they are so doing amazing big thinks in the world, Lord knows the entire lot is talented, and the choreography is outstanding. Barnum's energy is amazing and the main reason I can't back. first I laughed bc I thought he was overdoing it, but now I appreciate it because what is a Showman to do but put on a show? You can't deny that your eye goes straight to him in everything he does, amazing. just amazing.
They do come back to visit and sometimes teach classes!

This was an absolute slay. I am a vocal performer so the music has always been my thing but I want to learn the dance.. this was absolutely amazing. It' s never been my strong suit, I love watching people bring music to life through it.
Yeah seeing them crying made me cry even more. I love how the art of music and dance can do that. The power and emotion this gave moved me to tears. Amazing.

It definitely moved most of the audience to tears as well. Most of us parents can't watch it without crying as well!

It was very emotional. This song and it's message doubled as a send-off for the seniors (the 4 separated at the end). Z Company is a second home to many of the students and the message of coming "home again" spoke to the kids on so many levels.

This was such a heartwarming emotional tribute. They must've practiced so much, putting everything in them to make their performance perfect, and it shows they were absolutely perfect and nailed the choreography. I started crying tears of happiness to see how beautiful and passionate each student was with their choreography. The meaning of the song lyrics combined with this being a tribute performance just makes it all that more impactful in your heart.
So glad the emotion comes through. Saying goodbye to these seniors was tough and this was such a perfect emotional tribute
