@@ggkutty1 at 48 I had severe knee pain I went to one of the biggest hospital for all checkups doctor said from now dont take stairs stop brisk walk do mild walk stop dancing which is my hobby and take these medicines for a week in few months I gained weight and condition became worse since then I follow doctor Hegde I searrched and did some knee exercises did hot water sikai after getting relief I started every thing as before and today after 8 years with my exercises and Vit D3 and calcium in check I am fine I understood no medicine can cure they only control

I virtually haven't taken any medicine since the last 40 years (but forced to once recently when had a road accident). Haven't taken any covid vaccine either. And did have a covid infection (Dec2021). This is all true. What I feel we are now victim of the society which includes the vegetables, fruits etc, all processed and unprocessed food items laden with pesticides and chemicals. We have to bring in discipline in eating and choosing our food. Secondly, I believe there are stages to confront disease. Some people need immediate care- like a broken bone. Here we cannot wait and rely on Aureuvida or herbal treatment. Here we have to go to hospital and thus let the medical system play with our body. Maybe someday traditional / archaic treatment gets advanced to deal with sudden accidents. Thankfully debate has now started but we need to listen and guard wise and brilliant people like the Dr. Hegde here.
