Knowing good English and speaking it alone cannot make a good MP. MPs are for making good laws that will help the people and the country to achieve its goals. Sloganeering even during the constitutional formality does not make him a good law maker. He is simply echoing the slogan of his party satraps from the family. A pointer to the noisy days awaiting the forthcoming parliament proceedings. They forget about democracy while slogan shouting for constitution. People can take care of constitution and they did it in the past. It is for the leaders to keep up the spirit of democracy.
