these new gens are so scared of singing nowadays, that's what happens when you prioritize visuals over actual talent. I can't believe all that training is still mandatory for these new groups only for their skills to be mediocre at best
@@procastination_is_my_passi4182 Yea Ikr, because they know they're getting sent to the slaughterhouse. What most people don't realise is they are not afforded the "freedom" to voice out anything, even the way they breathe is decided by most companies, they have full monopoly. So even if some groups already know their vocals are abysmal I doubt they can do much unless the company chooses to focus on it. Not to mention lookism is so prevalent there. It's too bad, but it's getting worse with each gen.

That's the problem with lookism and when most companies have full monopoly of their idols' every move and even dictate how they should breathe. Many of the new gen are good dancers but can't hold a note to save anyone's lives. It's a shame because as you said, many are mediocre, and it's not like there's a lack of talent, it's because companies know looks sell and they don't bother giving many of the new groups vocal lessons.

지수 저평가하는 사람들이 많은데 이 영상에서도 그렇지만 지수파트가 곡에서 제일 고음부분이고 저 고음부분을 저 성량으로 뽑아낸다는구 진짜 대단한거임 지수가 콘서트에서 커버한 zedd의 clarity는 가장높은 음이 3옥타브 레#인 모든 고음파트가 3옥타브인 상당히 음역대가 높은곡이고 많이 알려진 휴대폰 직촬로는 고음부분에서 음질깨져버리는데 dvd영상으로 보면 엄청 깔끔하게 잘올라간다는걸 느낄수있음 라이브로 이정도 곡 소화해내는거 아이돌중에서도 손에 꼽는다 보고 블랙핑크에서도 뚜두뚜두나 킬디럽이번에 럽식걸까지 가장 높은 파트는 지수담당임 그리고 또 수록곡에서 가장 저음구간도 지수담당이라는걸 알수있음 음역대가 엄청 다양함 지수는 로제의 힙한 느낌이나 그루브 기교를 따라하지 못하고 로제도 지수의 저음부터 고음까지 아우르는 음역대 따라못함 kiss and make up에서 저음 부르는거 보면 ㄹㅇ 그냥 얘도 타고났음 음역대가 이렇게 폭넓은 가수 진짜 많이 없음 아직 다른 솔로 가수들에 비하면 실력은 부족해도 음역대 하나는 타고났음 개인적으로 로제보다도 솔로가 더 기대되는 멤버임 로제는 어떻게 나올지 대략 예상이 가지만 지수는 전혀 예상이 안가서 기대됨
