‘Namo Namaha’ is an arrangement of an ancient prayer spoken by a saintly queen called Kunti Devi.
In a moment of intimate exchange, she addresses her beloved Lord with words of praise and love. The refrain ‘Namo Namaha’ means ‘With deep love and respect, I bow to you’.
The song invites us to go within our own hearts, to the sacred space where the Beloved friend, guide and witness eternally resides, and connect in loving dialogue.
The verses of this prayer come from the Bhagavata Purana (1.8.18-22)

Whenever I hear the song of Jahnavi Harrison in respect of lord Krishna, it seems to me she is possessing the blessings of lord Krishna. Without blessings of God it is not possible to sing so sweetly.

The verse that Jahnavai recited in the beginning is from Srimad Bhagavatam; Canto 1, chapter 8, verse 18. This is what Kunthi says to Sri Krishna:
नमस्ये पुरुषं त्वाद्यमीश्वरं प्रकृते: परम् ।
अलक्ष्यं सर्वभूतानामन्तर्बहिरवस्थितम् ॥ १८ ॥
namasye puruṣaṁ tvādyam
īśvaraṁ prakṛteḥ param
alakṣyaṁ sarva-bhūtānām
antar bahir avasthitam
Synonyms
kuntī uvāca - Śrīmatī Kuntī said; namasye - let me bow down; puruṣam - the Supreme Person; tvā - You; ādyam - the original; īśvaram - the controller; prakṛteḥ - of the material cosmos; param - beyond; alakṣyam - the invisible; sarva - all; bhūtānām - of living beings; antaḥ - within; bahiḥ - without; avasthitam - existing.
Translation
Śrīmatī Kuntī said: O Kṛṣṇa, I offer my obeisances unto You because You are the original personality and are unaffected by the qualities of the material world. You are existing both within and without everything, yet You are invisible to all.

One awesome fact about Sanskrit literature is that virtually everything is able to be sung. The deepest philosophical thoughts and principles are sung with bhAva . Of course the credit here goes to the musicians for enhancing the beauty of these beautiful verses. Music happens on its own when one is fully engrossed in Ananda bhAva.
