A few underrated gems are Acqua Di Parma Colonia Essenza (for the day) and Intensa (for the evening). Both stunning and can be found for great prices online. 🙌🏻

I agree on the DG Intenso. Wonderful scent when you want to feel mature and sophisticated.
Kouros smells like a stable... But it's niceee. Love it.
Gentlemen only is unbelievably underrated. It’s so nice clean masculine and to me upscale. Perfect professional scent or formal scent for daytime. It forms like a second skin, projects just enough even tho I wish it did a tiny bit more and last like 6 hours
I know maybe it is not everyone's cup of tea, but Dior Fahrenheit is as masculine as it comes, as well as Versace's Dreamer.
Paco Rabanne Pour Homme, one of my first fragrances (late 80s and early 90s). 😌
My old school favorite masculine fragrance which I get a lot of compliments with is Davidoff Zino
Nice barber shop scent. If you smell Tom Ford Beau de Jour, you can see where the inspiration for BDJ came from.

@@Getstr8cash It's a class of colognes that is reminiscent of an old timey barbershop. Things like citrus, floral, wood, musk, maybe some spice.
A lot of it comes from the talcum powder, barbicide, and Pinaud-Clubman powder that many old school barbershops use and used. I think there is a lot of overlap between "barbershop" and fougere fragrances.
And they go for $20 a bottle nowadays.
Great list and video Ash! Totally agree with these choices here. Some others I would like to add are Lalique PH, Azzaro PH Intense, Zino by Davidoff, and Jaipur PH. 🤘

I love the Parfum, my second-most-used scent of 2022. Every time I wear it I think "Ah - Genleman Orange!"

I tried Kourous, I seriously couldn’t pull it off. After spraying a sample of this, my wife straight up told me I smell like “A walking mens restroom”. And not the clean kind… The kind that you smell at state crossing unkempt rest areas 😑

Smelled it in an airport earlier this year. It straight up smells awful. Could not possibly imagine when/where I (or anyone else) would wear it. Are there people out there that genuinely enjoy the smell of Kouros?

My pops rocked kouros as a signature scent, so it honestly doesn’t come off as eccentric to me at all, that being said I never cared for it personally lol
I just got PR XS this week and love it. One of the most clean and fresh scents in my collection. The projection and longevity is great. Lasted all day and night on me. Smells similar to The One Grey by Dolce & Gabbana. 👃🏻🌹

I'm on my 3rd bottle of Gentlemen Only EDT, YET I'm in my mid-30s and the jury is still out on whether or not I'm a REAL MAN. Oh, and a huge honorable mention to the always reliable Guerlain Vetiver. I went with the Gentlemen Only EDT only because I've run through 3 bottles already.
If you wanna switch it up jomashop had all kinda other fresh frags from Givenchy, PH or Blue Label for instance, for like 35 bucks for a tester..

If you want to talk about real man, try Amouage Bracken man, that’s the definition of real man. Strong on the opening, clean and fresh in the middle, mellow and a small touch of sweetness in the base.
Great list! IMO I would throw in another vetiver fragrance, Dior Eau Sauvage Parfum and maybe an easy leather based fragrance like Philipp Plein No Limit$
chanel egosite was given to me by my mate over 15 years ago. i tend to like sweet oriental smells, so for me this was tricky at the start to wear. however, overtime this chanel was perfect for a hot summer days or what Ash said , perfect for the office or business man.

Bentley for Men Absolute is still a great steal here in Europe. Often 25 bucks for the 100ml. Only real men can pull that one off.

Maan !!! That Givenchy gentleman only is tooo much underrated has some sauvage azzaro pour homme vibes but classy and modern also a little bit of middle eastern vibe btw (im from middle east) i prefer it over gentleman line wich i find it too much sweet !!

More love for D&G Intenso! It is just so classy. Same for Icon. Both 2 of my favorites.
I would add the normal Luna Rossa to that style. For something different "Gisada Uomo" is pretty great but not as easy to wear for me.

I had a sniff of kouros while on holiday, it's without doubt the worst most disgusting fragrance I've ever smelled, absolutely disgusting stuff.

Drakkar noir is a horrible fragrance.
The fact that you can buy Gentlemen Only (100ml/3.3oz) for 48 bucks (I got mine from yomashop who also has the 15ml travel bottle) is kinda insane. Such a great deal for a high quality freshie.
Kouros is the Best. My favorite.
