- Ingredients: Almond cookies
Butter: 120 grams, 0:32,
Icing sugar: 60 grams, 0:32,
Cream cheese: 50 grams, 0:52,
Whipping cream, 40 grams, 1:07,
Low-protein flour: 120 grams, 1:30,
Almond flour: 30 grams, 1:33,
Proper amount of liquid egg, nuts and white sugar as decoration, 2:45,
Baking temperature(80-liter oven): preheat the oven at 190 degrees for top heat and bottom heat. Keep it on middle rack of the oven and bake it for 16-18 mins. Take it out if the cookies look about right. Cookies usually receives higher heat in a smaller oven, so we need to reduce the temperature by 5 degrees for every 10 liter reduction in oven capacity.
