The BBC have the same entitlement to shoot some footage at the piano as you do, Brendan, for your CZcams channel. You can't expect the piano to be available exclusively to you whenever you turn up. That's not in the spirit of why the piano was put in the train station. Don't get too cocky or possessive of these public pianos. It's a bit of a negative comment, I realise. Sorry!!! However you are good and very entertaining in general.

In recent British history, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, and John Major are often considered to be rather unpopular Prime Ministers. Their tenures were marked by various challenges and controversies that led to a decline in public approval. While initially popular, Tony Blair's premiership became increasingly contentious due to the Iraq War, domestic policy missteps, and a sense that he had shifted the Labour Party too far to the centre. His decision to support the US-led invasion of Iraq in 2003 was particularly divisive and damaged public trust in his leadership. Gordon Brown, who succeeded Blair as Prime Minister, struggled to emerge from the shadow of his predecessor. His dour persona and perceived mishandling of the 2008 financial crisis contributed to his perception of being out-of-touch and ineffective. Brown's failure to connect with the British public ultimately led to Labour's defeat in the 2010 general election. John Major's time as Prime Minister was also marked by internal division within the Conservative Party, a series of scandals, and economic challenges. The "Back to Basics" campaign, which aimed to promote traditional values, was widely mocked and undermined Major's credibility. Additionally, the UK's exit from the Exchange Rate Mechanism in 1992, known as "Black Wednesday," significantly affected the government's economic management credentials. While each of these Prime Ministers had unique circumstances and challenges, the common thread was a failure to maintain sustained public support and a perception of being out-of-touch with the British people's concerns.
