Doesn't the rasengan secret Ninja turtle give you some ultimate points so if you put the percent gone secret Ninja 2 on there you I think you basically get your ultimate back

Work on movement and make a build that fits your playstyle. For movement the go-to is chakra jump cancelling to go faster

They buffed it cause Boruto's dlc was trash. 2 mid jutsu, a decent sub, and the ult was only good for base battle.
