Manohar Lal was one of the better Chief Ministers that Haryana has had. A certain dominant social group in Haryana which was used to the state being run by people from amongst them are the ones who oppose him mainly. He was CM for 10 years but not a single case of corruption against him or his family. No Parchi, No kHarchi wali sarkar. Ofcourse, every politician has some postives and some negatives and Manohar Lal also has his shortcomings. But today, Haryana is the most prosperous state in North India and Khattar has a role. Thank you Manohar Lal ji.
