FYI good paper cones are better than polypropylene ones from a fidelity standpoint, but the polys are of course more resistant to damage from humidity.

1000% better than stock
Is there an extra port for OEM tweeters like the OEM speakers?
For this particular car, no, since its the BMW Base system that doesnt have OEM tweeters. If you tell BavSound what system you currently have, it will pull up all of the sound system options for your specific car.

@@4k_fons If you go to BavSounds website, you should be able to plug in your VIN number - they will tell you what system you currently have and what BavSound options are available to you.

Someone please help! I think the previous owner installed this Bav or whatever sound system thing and my speakers are SOO SHAKY AND RATTLY when loudly playing music and I HATE IT!!!! Please tell me how I get rid of this SHIT!!!!!! 😭😭😭
Take off your door panels and check and see what’s going on.

Not sure what you're referring to.
Don't even bother wasting your time and money with that garbage. You're best off with cheap Sony aftermarket speakers.

It was quite an improvement over the base system. I would still recommend.
