This intro was the best one of the series! It really sets the tone of the first scene, which is an action sequence. Overall I found the movie to be disappointing due to timeline and continuity errors, and traps that dependent on other traps. Also I found that since the traps didn’t have timers, it felt like there was a lack of a sense of urgency for the victims to escape. There didn’t appear to be an endgame for the victims in the traps. It felt like this was Jigsaw’s first real attempt to build a trap.
Ooh I love this, Jigsaw is a great legacy sequel to the Saw franchise as a whole. The continuity takes some suspension of disbelief but they all do lol, other than that I thought it was well paced, nicely gruesome, and bought back John Kramer in a really effective way, with Logan a welcome new apprentice
