For the blanket one you can dig two blocks place a bed in the hole and cover the bottom of the bed with a carpet of the same colour (I also carpet the block below the bed as well for a longer blanket)
You can dye and push Shulkers into other objects in Bedrock edition due to its “brokeness” as you Java players call it.
