You Can Try. You just have to justify your Gap year in interviews.
Many students preparing for UPSC or other government jobs with a 4-5 year gap years or more are able to pass the interview and do MBA from IIM.
But alternately apply for a job and get experience. It may help in interviews or if selection does not happen. Then can also try for an Executive MBA.
