I hear you keep talking about getting multiple strikes on trout trix before the fish will finally get hooked, the last time I went out, I would get single strikes but the fish would never return to hit it. What would you do in that situation? It's always been my understanding that if they strike at your presentation but don't get hooked, you've got what they want but it needs a minor change like color or speed. In my case, I switched from a pink with action disc and sweet corn scent to an orange on slow death with trout magic scent but never got multiple strikes, just singles.
Well they won’t always come back…. I make sure I use plenty of scent. If a change gives you confidence go for it…. Just remember to make incremental changes……don’t make big abrupt changes…
