    Hari Om Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you Swamiji for this week’s wonderful session. Pranams Guruji🙏🙏
We are our own creator and we need to understand this and follow this important principle in our life. We should stop complaining and start looking within for all our so called challenges and look within for solutions.
Doing our Sadhana regularly will help us to understand the root cause of any of our challenges and release it. As we keep growing in spirituality, we can start releasing the negativities, the even at thought level i.e., even before we face those challenges.
When we keep evolving our capacity/power to create our own life will keep increasing gradually. We need to keep purifying our desires through the filtering process based on what is good/beneficial to us as well as to our society.
Our desires even if it good/beneficial to us/other it should never be bad/harmful to others/us.
There is a huge difference between Itcha (desires under our control) and Kama (uncontrolled desires). When Our happiness is dependent on our desires it is craving and will build huge pressure on us in our pursuits. When we are already happy and then develop a desire then there will be no pressure in fulfilling our desires.
Thanks again for such an amazing meditation session, installing subtler Sadhana aspects into our deeper and sub-conscious minds 🙏🙏🙏

Hari OM Yogishriji! Each session is so powerful and unique. It is mind boggling how you decode the deepest meaning of each of the words and go about explaining. Icha Kama Dhuk. How to differentiate between Kama and Iccha. Controlled and dignified kama is iccha. If your happiness depends on the object of desire it is Kama and if you are happy and still have desire to have more without being dependent on the object of desire, it is Iccha. We are so fortunate and blessed to have you in our life, exposing us to these deeper meaning through the sessions and empowerments. Deepest gratitude and warm regards🙏🙏 Raj S

    Hari Om ! Yogishri!
Thank you so much for an amazing session! Am so wonderstruck with the manner in which you explain so concretely, extremely subtle aspects of this wisdom and its experiences, although I am aware that you are a Yogi and all knowing Guru. Thank you so much, so truly blessed to have your guidance!
Srishta - deals with the power to create one’s life. A true sadhak acquires this ability to create one’s life. The qualities of such a perfect sadhak: one who does his sadhana sincerely on a consistent basis, one who is able to absorb the ancient wisdom imparted and has the capability to apply it successfully in his life. Doing sadhana in a mechanical way will not yield the power of srishta in one’s life.
Sadhana should be done to identify one’s negative pattern of thoughts and emotions, release them and thereby activate the energy of Shrista that is within. The mind has a natural tendency to be drawn to negative thoughts and emotions, and most often we are not aware of this. It is only when we experience untoward happenings in our life we suddenly wake up to the situation. Even then, the extroverted mind, tends to look for solutions outside or blame everything outside one’s self for the situation in which he or she is facing. It is only through the help of a Master and the Sadhana he gives for practice, that a person will develop the ability to look within, gain awareness of the negative forces that are acting. Initially one becomes aware of the negative energy pattern and blocks within oneself and learns to release them. As one grows spiritually and the spiritual faculties are developed, one is able to identify the negative emotions and release them, with further advancement, one can identify the negative thoughts that are approaching and release them at thought level itself, which is a very powerful state. It makes a person very strong. When the negative energy pattern is removed this helps in activating the positive energy of Shrista in one’s life. During an empowerment course the energy of Shrista is activated more intensely.
One who is constantly in the complaining mode, is the opposite of creator- a victim of his own circumstances.
One dimension of Shrista discussed last week was the ability to let go. Doing everything that is required to be done to fulfill one’s goal and yet developing the tendency to remain unattached. Being alone- is different from being lonely. Lonely is a negative state, where one expects and craves for the presence and attention of others, whereas being alone is a powerful state where one is happy and at peace with one’s self and is also happy even in the company of others.
Istha Kama dukh can be studied/ experienced at three levels.
At the first level - Ishta means desire, kama - means both desire and object of desire and dukh- is giver. At this level, it implies that whatever you desire and the object of your desire is given. It also means that your happiness is dependent on what you desire or on the object of your desire. At this level, it does not give any clarity with regard to entertaining positive or negative desires .
At the second level, Ishta - means respectful, desires that are revered, honored, respected. When such a condition is placed on desire, then negative desires are ruled out. It also implies desires that are beneficial to you and to the environment and mankind. When we are adopting the principle of Shrista at this level, we should be careful and not be judgmental about the desires that others have, which can isolate us and cause a lot of unhappiness.
At the third or yogic level, Ishta Kama dukh - refers to Kama as uncontrolled desires and Ishta as wish or Ichcha. Wishing is different from desiring. For eg You can wish happiness for others but you cannot desire or expect it to happen as it is not completely under your control.
Inorder to wish, one has to be able to convert Kama- the uncontrolled desires into Ichcha. Ichcha means desires generated out of will for functional purposes. The Sapta Rishis had the ability to convert kama into ichcha and that is why they were given the kamadhenu- the wish fulfilling cow.
Using the principle of Yagna, one can manifest one’s desires, when one is able to convert kama into ichcha.
The yardsticks by which one can identify whether one’s desires are stemming from kama or ichcha are :
If one is happy with what one is having at present and is also having a desire for something more, for functional purposes- then that is ichcha. If one is happy with or without the object of desire then that is Ichcha.
If one has a craving for something and his or happiness is completely dependent on the object that one desires, then that is kama. However, attainment of the object will also lead only to temporary happiness as desires are bound to be generated further. If one does not get the object one desires and at the same time others get the object that one desires, and you still feel genuinely happy for them, then it is ichcha. If you feel jealous of others, then it is kama, and you need to release this through Sadhana.
If you are highly stressed about getting the object that you desire, then it is kama, if you are inspired about getting the object that you desire then it is ichcha. Kama destroys your happiness, ichcha is born out of happiness.
Thank you so much Yogishri! Literally struggled to get time and mental space to listen, grasp and recollect the points in one go, this has been happening of late.

    Hari Om,
Thank you Yogishri for the discourse.
It is the intention of the person that matters.
Desires should be converted from cravings to iccha, that is to do them or achieve something out of happiness, not being dependent on it. A person who has uncontrolled desire has stress and has fear of loss.
It’s imp to be independent, to be on one’s own. It is good to always check if we have desire that’s craving, it is when we are jealous of others and experience pressure.
When we have iccha, we are happy and experience happiness for others. It is when this happens that our goals are manifested early. It is when the uncontrolled desire is converted to conscious desire that we are able to materialise fast.
When we do saadna to release our cravings, it gets released and we become capable of achieving our goals.
When we are less evolved we do not understand the connection of the effect, as we do our saadna, we learn at the emotional level and understand the negative pattern.
We start understanding the thoughts itself that cause it and do deep breathing to change them, saadna helps us. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Hari Om GuruDev,
Infintely thanks to you for this divine session today. The nididyasana sadhana was very deep. Many tons of thanks to you GuruDev.
    Inputs from today's session:-
If we do our sadhana with alertness and awarness in conjunction with that Bhavana it will be more effective than the sadhana which is done out of being mechanical.
As sadhaks we should learn to create our life. Creating our life is the exact opposite of complaining.
    ISHTA KAMA DUK:
The three levels of Ishta Kama duk -
    Ishta means desire.
Kama means desire and object of desire.
    Duk means giver.
    i) Level 1 - Yagna is the giver of the object of desire.
ii) Level 2 - Ishta means revered or honoured or respected (dignified). Kama in a generic sense means uncontrolled desires. We should not become judgmental in the name of choosing dignified desires and uncontrolled desires.
iii) Level 3 - Conciously choosing the Ishta or Itcha.
Deeper principles of the three levels of Ishta Kama Duk -
    i) Level 1 - There is no filtration of any desires whether it is constructive or destructive.
ii) Level 2 - There is filter between choosing constructive desires and destructive desires.
iii) Level 3 - We consciously choose only Itcha where the filteration happens at the higher level.
Difference between Itcha and Kama -
Itcha - It is the willful desires which we create. We are not dependant on the object of desire for our happiness but we choose it for functional purposes. We choose desires which will be beneficial for ourslevs and others.
Kama - It is the uncontrolled desires or cravings. We will strongly believe that only if we acquire the object of our desire we will be happy and completely be dependent on it for our happiness. We choose desires which will not be beneficial for ourselves and others in a long run.
Identification of our goals whether they are Itcha or Kama -
    i) If our goals are based out of Itcha we will not be dependent on the object of our desires for our happiness but desire for them for functional purposes.
If our goals are based out of Kama we will be dependent on the object of our desires for our happiness.
ii) If our goals are based out of Itcha we will feel happy and wish good for the people who acquire the object of their desires.
If our goals are based out of Kama we will feel jealous of the people who acquire the object of their desires.
iii) If our goals are based out of Itcha our mind will be free and we will be aspired to act.
If our goals are based out of Kama we will feel pressurized and we will not be capable of acting due to stress.
Infinte thanks to you GuruDev for everything.
    Deepest Gratitude and Humble Pranaams.
    Hari Om GuruDev.

  • @krishnavijayaraghavan9514

    Hari Om,
What a subtle and divine session! The following is what I gathered.
Sadhana is not merely obtaining knowledge in the session and listening to the audio. Identify what negative energy within you is hindering you when you have an problem and release it in the next Sadhana. When identifying the negativity, don't be judgmental about others or yourself.
Some clarification on what was conveyed in the previous session regarding parenting and letting loose: Some people have misunderstood it to mean that we should be prepared to be lonely. We should be prepared to be *alone* , that is be self sufficient emotionally and financially. But that doesn't mean we expect to be alone, we are just prepared. This is like carrying an umbrella when you go out during the rainy season. You are prepared for the rain but that doesn't mean you expect it to rain.
Watch the session as many times as you want to gain more clarity.
Srishta is creation. You have the power to create your life. Do not blame the circumstances outside. Regular daily Sadhana releases the blocks within you so you can create your life.
    *Ishta Kama Dhuk*
There are three levels of understanding this. At the lowest level: Ishta is desire, Kama is the object of one's desire and Dhuk is giving. So it is obtaining the object of one's desire. But this doesn't tell us anything about what sort of desire will be manifested.
At the second level: Ishta means respected or revered. Kama is desire. Dhuk is fulfilling. So one's revered desires are fulfilled. Not any desire, but the higher desires.
At the third and highest level: Ishta is Ichha or wish. Kama is uncontrolled desire. Dhuk is giving. So this is about converting one's uncontrolled desire to a wish or wilful desire, and releasing out of control desires through Sadhana. This is the symbolic meaning of kamadhenu being given to the Sapta Rishis. They had no Kama only Ichha, so it was given to them, that is it is given to manifest your wish not uncontrolled desire.
How to know if your desire is kama or iccha?
Kama is an uncontrolled desire while iccha is a wilful desire for functional purposes.
You have kama to get happiness from an external object or person. This then becomes a craving and you are never happy with the outcome. If not successful, you continue craving it. If successful, you are afraid you will lost it. With Iccha, you are already happy and exert the wish for functional purposes.
With Kama, you are unhappy if somebody else fulfills the same desire. With Iccha, you are happy when you see somebody else fulfilling that wish.
Kama causes stress in the mind while iccha causes peace.
You should wish (not desire) for others to be happy or to obtain something, because whether it finally happens is up to them not you.
The inner transformation takes time. Be patient.
A truly blissful meditation - *Infinite happiness is within you* .
    Thank you Sir.

***Converting kama into itcha is the key to achieve your goals:
For functional purposes in life, u require to manifest certain things…u are already in a happy state , detached and u radiate itcha - wilful desires created consciously for functional needs without any craving ; always wish for positive things for you and others; whereas in kama u will be happy only when you get that object - uncontrolled desires which comes with expectations, attachment, craving, insecurities and conditions which leads to unhappiness/stress etc.
Always feel happy for others; automatically happiness will flow into your life.
Deeply grateful for the amazing wisdom Sir.

Respected Yogishri.. Thank you for last week's session.
A true Sadhak is one who does not do Sadhana mechanically, but do Sadhana in right way with lot of Bhawana and releases all the ngeative energies during Sadhana.
Alone does not mean lonely, but when u can be at peace with or without any company.
Meaning of Ishtakamadhuk was explained was deeply and beautifully.
    "IshtaKama dhuk" has 3 levels
Level1 - Let this principle of Yagana be used to fulfill ur desires
Level2 - Here Ishta means revered / honoured
Let this principle of Yagna be used to fulfill all positive, honoured desries.Desires which can be revered
Level3- Is the one which echoed a lot in mind.
The way Difference between Ichha and Kama was explained so so sutle but at same time very impactful.
Kama are desires which are not under control
Ichha are desires which are consciously manifested
As a human being we have enormous Ichha Dhakti which can be used to manifest all the goals.
Any desire on which u r dependent to be haapy is Kama
Any desires which is generated objectively, but with or without it u will be happy is Ichha.
If you arr negative about others for what things they have in life, then manifesation for you all is hard. If uou think positive for others your dezires will also be fulfilled at faster pace.
There are 3 yardsticks to check if your desire is Kama or Ichha
    1. Is my happiness dependent on that desire or not
    2. someone else having that object makes me jealous it is Kama, ornif you are happy of other person then it is Ichha
    3. Is that desire making you stressed, it is Kama
These yardsticks will help me understand and intrsopect my goals if they are Kama ot Ichaa, and help converting desires consusciously from Kama to Ichaa
    With lots of gratitude

Thank you Yogishri for this deep session,
    Srishtwa
One must open up ones powers of creation without indulging in complaining. This power is given to those who identify their negativities through Sadana on a daily basis and release it. Such a practice would consequently help the Sadank identify a negative emotion or even a negative thought even as it comes up in ones mind and release it.
    Craving and Creation
In order to be able to be goven the power opf creation one must be able to have a control over what one desires. Otherwise one would end up craving for objects that might be harmful for oneself, the object taking over the control over us. This is the symbolic meaning of the Sapatharishis getting the Kamadhenu during the churning of the heavenly ocean. The Saptharishis having complete control over their desires have the power to convert any Kama (directionless desire) into Echa (controlled desire).
Ishta: Is the desire of a higher order, a desire which is good for you
Kama: These are uncontrolled desires that have no direction and hence can be dangerous for you.
    Happiness and Desire
When one uses a desire in the belief that it would make one happy, it can become a craving. On the other hand, when one starts from a place of happiness and creates a desire, one becomes stressfree in working towards it and gaining it
    ends////

    @thyyarravi1082 Před 16 dny

Hai AUM. Thank you Sri Yogishri for a wonderful session and for a deep insight into verse 3.
The following points were gathered during the session:
The power to create is given to us which is improved via sadana.
One must however not do sadana mechanically but with appropriate focus and awareness.
Nature of thoughts and emotions can sweep one away from one’s focus.
Sadana done appropriately leads to solution-oriented approach to problems rather than complaint oriented approach.
Sadana leads to finding negative energy at thought level itself and release it immediately.
A master’s help is needed to learn the subtle process of recognizing negative energy and releasing it. Stvishta is creating one’s life and not fall a victim to circumstances. It is a long process to learn.
Stvishta can be observed in others and in oneself.
There may be a source of attachment and once it is recognized it can be released during sadana. Exploring negative energy and releasing it during sadana is the goal.
One must expect challenges in life and prepare for those challenges which gives strength.
Sadana leads to manifestation of Kamadhenu (wish giving cow) gradually.
At the 1st level, Ishta-kAma-dhuk means desire, desire, and giver. Fulfilling desires without thinking is detrimental.
At the 2nd level, ishta = desire, kama = desire and object of desire, and dhuk = giver. The principle of yajna is used to obtain the object of desire. Here one must be non-judgmental. There is no morality involved. It is used to get clarity about what is right and wrong.
At the 3rd level, kama = kamadenu, ishta = respectful or revered or honored. Fulfilling of respectful desires which are higher, productive, and beneficial. Destructive desire is a lower desire which is eliminated.
Kama is desire not under one’s control (craving) whereas icha is desire under one’s control.
Kama must be converted into icha i.e., icha-kama.
The more desire one has, the more desire surfaces.
Icha on the other hand is controlled and whether an entity is present or not doesn’t disappoint one. Kamadhenu = ichadhenu which the Saptarishi-s own.
How to convert Kamadhenu to ichadhenu?
Icha here means wishing not desiring.
Desiring leads to expecting or putting conditions which is not in one’s control leading to unhappiness, anxiety, fear, and stress.

The word Ishta Kama dukh has been analyzed in detail. The consequence of Kama is too difficult to comprehend unless it is preceded by ishta. It appears there are only two sets of people, one suffering in not getting what he desires, and the other suffering with what he got.
Perhaps the easiest path to manifest what we want is, as Yogi sri puts it, just to be happy for others when their desire is fulfilled. Whatever needs to happen for us will be in place.

    Hari om Yogishri
Thanks much for today's wonderful wisdom. Few points I'm able to recollect
As we do the sadhana regularly, initially we will start churning out the negatives from any situation we face in daily life, and release them.. slowly as we advance, we can relate to the emotions of that particular negativity & release all the emotions pertaining to that negativity level.. and as we advance even more, the release starts happening at the thought manifestation level itself.. A great sadhak is one who can look at the cause and even before the effects manifests, can nip the issue in the bud.
We saw the difference between conscious desire (Ishta) and unconscious craving (Kama).
Lord Krishna uses the double degree stressing in this verse when he says Ishta Kama Dhuk - Since the secrets of manifestation are revealed here, which cannot be easily explained.
One person should not have any craving for an object, should not feel guilty that another person is possessing the object, should be free, happy and completely unattached at the present level, and then, when he thinks of the next goal manifestation, the Kama Dhenu is energy is then triggered, and the sadhak is gifted his "wish" . Very very beautiful indeed Guruji!

    Humble pranams, Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for the very powerful session with a lot of practical tips to master my mind followed by very deep meditation.
The way to overcome complaining is by creating.
Ishta kama dhuk has 3 dimensions:
    1. At the superficial level, it means fulfilling each and every desire of mine. It could be positive and negative. This is a dangerous state as I am not aware what is good or bad and the consequences that I am asking for.
    2. Positive, higher purpose, respectful, dignified desires. One which is beneficial to me and others. But there is a possibility that i will become judgemental as I am thinking good vs bad desires.
    3. This is a powerful aid to goal manifestation. Converting kama to iccha. Here I am consciously generating a desire. Kamadenu is actually icchadenu.
How do I identify which is kama and which is iccha?
    1. When I have a lot of cravings for an object, that will make me unhappy ,so that state is kama.
2.whenever someone has an object that I don't have, and I feel jealous, then I am in a kama state
    3. When there is kama, I will feel stressful, it will leave me incapacitated whereas iccha will make me inspired
Thank you so much Yogishri for these amazing explanations which are very useful for me.
I am able to slowly find out my negativities one by one as a first step. After an incident is over , I am now able to find out that I shouldn't have reacted but responded. This is tough but my awareness is rising ,and I feel God is sending someone to correct my mistakes right on time. I have started expecting various challenges in my life and am interested to see how I am going to respond to these.
I am confident that I will be able to overcome all of my negativities one by one by the grace of the Guru and the God.

Thank you again for the inspiration.
    What I learnt today:
The most difficult part of Sadhana is to be aware of our deficiencies
As we progress in Sadhana we will be aware of a potential problem before we commit it.
Feeling helpless comes from the attitude of feeling victimised
    Ishta kaamadukh:
    Ishtah :desire,Kamath:desire,object of desire,dukh:give
    1Give the object of desire
    Ishtah:revered,honoured,respected,worship
2Giver of higher desires, which are beneficial to one.
    Practice of filtering desires
Avoid becoming judgemental in the practice
3.Kaamah:desire which is not under your control
    Opposite:Ichah:conscious desire
    Ishtah:wish
Ensure your goal originates from ichah and not Kama
The goal is then self inspiring
    This is needed for materialisation
Learn to be happy for others.
That way our own desires are also fulfilled
Yard sticks to differentiate btw Kama/ichah:
    1)does it cause stress
2)are you happy even without it
    3)is the goal self inspiring
    With sincere gratitude,
    Usha

    Om Sri Guru Namaha 🙏
Thank You for this very subtle and purposeful session. Your teachings are very original and cannot be found anywhere else. Im saying this because when i search Google to clarify something said by You, Google has no any information. That’s why i always equate Your sessions to the Holy Scriptures .
The takeaway was in the meditation:
    My Self Is Eternal !!
Very humouress was the student going to a Master and questioning the need of a Guru in this Google world. 😊
    The principle of
    ISHTA KAMA DHUK
is not easy to understand. But it was simplified so much that it was understood to a large extent. A little analysis has to be done.
My known person bought a car for more than a crore. It gave him a lot of happiness. (KAMA)) But i am happy to have a Guru. It’s the real abundance from Lakshmi Mata ji. ( ISHTA) . Hope the understanding is right 😊
    Most grateful to You 🙏
    Sadhak 😊
    Most grateful to You.

Hari: Om Yogishri, Thank you for the session today!
    Notes from the session today:
    -------------------------------------------------
    - Sadhak is one who understand the purppse of his/her sadhana and does not just do the sadhana mechanically.
    - Ista Kama Dhuk. -
Kama is when we cannot wait for the goal to get manifested. The goal is set in order to gain happiness out of it.
Ichcha is a willful desire, which is set from a state of mind when we are already happy and we set that goal for functional purposes.
    Thank you Sir.

    Hari Om Yogishri 🙏
Sadhana shouldn't be done mechanically. We have to understand the principles in entirety and identify and release our negative thought patterns. We generally get completely get carried away by our thoughts and emotions. Regular sadhana increases our awareness and sometimes we become aware of our negative emotions before they manifest into problems. Identifying and releasing all the negative patterns is the real purpose of sadhana.
Being lonely is a state where one is longing for company. But one could be alone and be totally happy and peaceful without depending on anyone for happiness. This is a very powerful state.
    Ishta Kaama Dhuk:
Ishta: Revered/ Honored/ Respected/ Worshipped. Higher/ beneficial desires. Filtering of desires. We have to be careful not to judge ourselves or others.
Kaama: Desire that we have no control over.
Iccha: Willful desire. Desire is an energy created in our mind, that helps push us to fulfil the gap. We consciously create the desire to fulfill functional needs. But we are not dependent on the fulfillment of the desire for our happiness.
Materialization happens fast when the goals come from Iccha. There'll be no craving and stress. Instead we'll be inspired to act. There'll be no jealousy. We'll be happy for others who have it.
    - Is our happiness dependent on the desire (craving)
    - Are we jealous/ happy for others who have what we desire
    - Are we stressed or peaceful and inspired
Work on releasing the cravings and mastering our desires.
Thank you so much Yogishri 🙏

    Namaste Yogishri,
To a certain degree, I have started to do my daily sadhana in a mechanical way. So a timely and much needed message on the purpose of sadhana!
Doing yoga sankeerthan in a mechanical way will not lead to benefits. The purpose of sadhana is to change the negative energy pattern (that makes us go on complaining / acts as a burden on us) surrounding us to a positive one (that makes us more inspired).
As we realize negative things about ourselves (which happens as one's self awareness increases), we should release those during the daily sadhana. (Recollecting from past discourses, one can do this by forming an intention before sitting for sadhana to release them and then doing the yoga sankeerthan in a relaxed way.)
We can view the negative energies at different levels: those that have materialized at an action level and those that materialized only at emotion / thought level. Initially, focus on those at the action level (the more serious ones). But as our spiritual level raises, we can alter negative energy patterns at the subtler levels (thought / emotion) itself. Naturally, releasing any negative energy only happens gradually and cannot happen in an instant.
I will try to implement this message and set the appropriate intention before my daily sadhana!
    Thank you,
    Deepak

Thank you for today's session 🤍
When effects are negative, identify the desire behind it and perform sadhana to release attachment, and convert kama to ichha
How to identify whether a goal is coming from kama Or icha
    1. If perfectly happy today aspiring for more it is Ichha.
If complaining today, and craving - kama
    2. When someone else is having the object of desire if jealous - kama, if happy for them iccha. Develop feeling happy for others happiness, your own will be fulfilled then.
    3. If lot of pressure by mind and incapacitated to act - kama. Inspired to act - iccha.
    4. Is direction towards gaining happiness - kama, coming from happiness - iccha.
Only if goal is converted from kama to iccha it will be fulfilled easily.

Hariom Yogishri and thank you very much for an eye opening discourse. There's so much difference between kama and icha. That's my key learning from today's discourse.. The goal is to convert all kama into icha. Somehow after today's discourse, I feel like all my goals are kama only - will work towards converting it all to icha. Thank you so much :)

  • @chandrasekharkalaivaniasho3953

Hari Om Yogishri, I have a genuine doubt about the releasing process, can you please throw some light on it. I understand it as allowing negative thoughts and emotions to completely surface without any check or filter, and using the vibrations of the sankirtan to withstand with an attitude of surrender to the Divine, thereby facing the negative thoughts and emotions objectively and causing it to weaken or is it gaining the ability to surpass the negative thoughts and emotions easily and reducing its significance ? thank you.

    A very subtle session,thanks sir!
An age old question of mine that resurfaces , if i am happy already, why would I wonder about manifestation? Arent I already above any necessity to work on manifestation but rather aim,act and conclude? I am missing the approach of how ichchi works while kaama is clear(as i live it ,for now).

    Dear Yogishri .
Writing question in seperate comment #
1/ I realized some of my goals are just wishes .. they dont qualify either कामह् nor इच्छा. Example I want to learn swimming. I am not craving for it but i will feel happy if I am able to learn. I am also not emotionally attached to these wishes. So I assume these are just random desires and as Sadhak we should have capability to differentiate between random desires and desires coming from ईचछा. Can this be right analogy ?
2/ I classified some goals as coming out of kamah but these are one's I seem to most emotionally attached and spending most of the energy on these. Out of 3 criteria given to differentiate beween कामह् and ईचछा only one indicates towards कामह. If I am emotionally attached to goal , i ought to think about it most of the time. So now I am not sure if it stress to meet the goal or just emotional attachment causing this.
I am finding difficult to get to clear conclusion .
3/ If one goal cleary comes out to be कामह् , do we really need to convert it to ईचछा through saadhna. Or just drop this goal ?
I feel if i drop it, I may be running away from it because it it is giving stress . Wont it be tamas?
    Deepest gratitude ..
    Ashish

    Hari Om Yogishri 🙏🏻
The Points learned in today's lecture are:-
    1. When we identify the root cause of our problem which we are facing and we release it while doing daily Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana. Then we are doing our Sadhana in a real sense.
    2. There is a difference between being alone and being lonely. Being alone means we aren't dependent physically, financially, emotionally and thought wisely on none other than ourselves. That gives us the strength.
    3. Being lonely means we are craving for the people and that's why we face lacuna/void in our lives. That makes us weak.
    4. As a creator we should only wish to manifest Honourable desires only and not the Districtive desires
    5. काम: means craving for fulfilment of desires to become happy. While इच्छा means desires which we create out of happiness and not for happiness.
    6. When there is jealousy, craving, and tremendous pressure then that is काम:
    7. When there is happiness, containment and desiring coming out of that happiness then that is इच्छा:
    Thank you Yogishri☺️💐

    Hari Om Yogishri,
Thank you so much for today's very very useful discourse and powerful meditation.
Some important points from today's discourse:
    1. Identification of negative thoughts is the first step to overcome it.
    2. At what stage the negativity is identified and modified is a sign of level of spiritual development. With practice, it can be identified and modified at subtler levels.
    3. Kamaha vs ichcha - kamaha means desire with a lot of stress and negativity whereas ichcha is a positive desire.
    4. Ishta kamaha denu - means only constructive/ positive desire may be fulfilled using the ancient wisdom.
    5. Three ways to identify whether our goal / desire is from kamaha or ichcha:
    - Am I perfectly happy with what I am and my goal is to develop further? Then it is from ichcha.
    - whether you are feeling jealous or happy when someone else gets it. If you are happy, then it is from ichcha
    - whether you are pressured due to the desire, then it is from kamaha whereas if goal is based on ichcha then it will inspire to act.
If we have a lot of pressure due to the goal, we can use the sadhana to release it.
Thank you so much Yogishri for today's messages. It is very very useful.🙏
