Great review! It seems like the only review on a long-term perspective. I'm sold at the bolts part. Can't wait to try to bolt them with guitar picks.

What made you switch from the Temple board? The slick Boss case?
How did you scratch the board with your feet? Wouldn’t your pedals “protect” it?
Finally, did you remove dual lock before making this video? Or how do your pedals attach?
    Thanks!

Useful points for a real touring musician! Just wondering if you ever checked the BCB-1000 in the undercarriage? Or did you always take it onboard and put it in the overhead storage?

I've only used it as carry-on. It seems sturdy enough to do just fine in the undercarriage.

I understand your complaint about the jacks completely, but as a practical matter any competent electronics repair person or even hobbyist should be able to swap TRS jacks in.

Is it weather sealed? My usual pedalbag always have a haze on em if I stored it in the cars too long.
Humidity is high at the place I’m staying.

Very interesting question - I have not encountered this problem, so I cannot say with certainty. The lit does close very tightly though, and I have successfully transported the board through heavy rain.
