Dude knows what he was doing, and was sane in doing it, as he even cleaned up his evidence, it would of been considerable if the guy had only 1 (one) victim, and he called the police or someone, but knowing he kept doing it, and cleaning, there's should be no doubts or questions of him being kept in prison for 25 years for each of his victims
