- In this video, my track built piaggio zipSP had a few problems so I wanted to kill it.. the idle is non existent and would die below 1000rpm hense the throttle 🙃
This bike is too light for the power and keeps lifting up it's nearly impossible to stop this bike from wheeling, with all my body weight pushed to the front of the bike it keeps on lifting, if I pinned it I would've ended up on my back 😂 the piston had 34hours in the video and the timing key kept breaking from torque, this is a really snappy build, gonna rebuild it soon, don't have a date yet.. if the SP comes back into the channel it will be running better than it was this video, like I said I tried to kill it, to fix it..
Always been told don't fix what isn't broken.. it runs so its not broken yet..
I love how the scooter is falling apart and misfiring at top speed but he is still' sendin' it

I put an Italian 70cc 2-stroke on my TaoTao blade after I tried shoving a 125 piston on the little 50cc that I kept blowing up I love making little s*** fast the 50cc would do 60 MPH flat but kept blowing up

Sounds pretty good. You definitely need to do more carb tuning if not that you need a bigger carb. But the motor sounds like its running fairly well until it outdoes the carb

@@AerialProd Of course 10k superbike built for racing would beat 400 euro + 600 euro tuning zip built for city use. But we love mopeds and the power you can get from tuning these 50cc engines. It's just amazing that you can get 35hp from this 85kg toy. Scooter tuning is fun.
I had a Yamaha 125cc scooter and that thing was so rapid! I used to put my feet up on the passenger footrests and would ride it like a motorbike.

A friendly advice...if you have 70cc and it’s bugging....1. Reason...put main jet that’s not bigger than 80...
2. Reason...try to look that there’s not any cracks in you spark plug wire...
3.set air mixture...so it idle normally...
4.set needle position to the top...
Because my gilera runner had the same issues and i fixed my doing the steps i told you...np 😌
If the key keeps breaking it's not "too much torque", surely the key hole is not perfect, surely has some kind of imperfection that puts more force in one part of the key.
Yep... The key doesn't transfer any forces at all when the flywheel taper is assembled properly.

Being 2 stroke holding wide open for too long is a bad idea. On a geared 2 stroke once you hit the top gears max speed you should let off for a 1-2 count then crack it back to 100% again for a 2 count.

Good illustration of how obsolete manual gearboxes are. The CVT uses the power of the engine very efficiently.
Owned some fast 1000ccs (cammed and the rest) and ridden some highly modded 2 stroke scooters and motorbikes. Craziest one was a 50cc that made 25hp, you couldn't engine brake and had to keep revving it because it was so highly strung. It wheelied every gear and was basically uncontrollable. NSR300 with no power valves was also crazy, easy as fast as a 600cc IL4 sportsbike to ~160-200ish.

I bought a 150cc lightweight case with a 171cc big bore kit all forged internals, geared up with lightweight rollers, big milled out 2 intake/2 exhaust, over sized lifter things, lightweight stage 4 cam kit, Lightweight high performance cvt clutch kit (just kick start, no electric start, saved 2.4lbs) Thing hits 130 in no time top speed of 137 and a 0-60 time of 3.18 seconds, Aiming for a 3.12 or even 3.1 on a perfect weather day, Currently have 268.95 miles on it, She is gorgeous, It's pretty equivalent to a 600cc could keep up with a 1000cc in perfect weather, but even then I'd be pushing her to hard for my comfort.

Try check the ground cable, and change spark plug.
The bike is running great now, just sorted the issue with the electrics, has no problems with spark plug because I just put a fresh on in about 2days ago, before it didn't have a altinatod system in it and I didn't route the cable properly, was slicing into it and arching now she flies
