When I was teaching Photoshop I started by saying there are many ways to travel to New York. You can walk,bike,take a bus, drive,or fly. It's up to you which method to use. I believe in taking the most direct easy way. Thanks for showing one of those ways to fly to New York.

A good word for it would be "overkill". Adobe's applications are built for greater projects, so it's capabilities will in a sense hinder your work flow.
Although, i'm fairly certain there's a plugin out there somewhere that simplifies Photoshop's GIF creation process.
Me personally, I like to do 3D animations and I use Blender for it. My logo is 2D, I made a 3D object of the logo letter from the image and animated all using Blender and other objects in Blender. Whatever works best for you is your tool. I prefer to use photoshop for art creation and export things to Blender after to make it pretty and interesting.
This is a very useful tip. I recently made a counter with changing numbers for a video. It seems like it would have been a lot easier this way. Thank you.
Thank you for making this video - I watched so many until I found this and it was the most helpful! I used EZ Gif Maker and when I saved it to my computer, it no longer plays as a gif. It is just in two Preview slides. Can you recommend what to do or does anyone else have suggestions? A million thanks for the learning :)

Wow, I have always had a difficult time following photoshop when trying to create a gif. Thanks for the info that appears to be much easier and self explanatory for the layman.
You should really revisit Photoshop’s GIF animation features. It is easier and faster than anything demonstrated here.
I'm learning how to simply look up what I want instead of trying to figure it out myself in photoshop / premiere , etc. Lifesaver!

Thank you so much for this video. Initially, I had my doubts about how clean and sharp the gif would turn out, due to the relatively poor experience I had with Android gif maker apps. Guys, the online tool he's recommending generates crisp sharp gifs!

Why do my images lose so much quality when I import them as a GIF?
The GIF format only contains 256 colors.
This didn't work for me...when I clicked save, it just downloaded 10-14 separate images...it's not a functional GIF...any ideas what I did wrong? I'm brand new at this...

Really wish after effects could directly export .gifs with alpha. Whenever I want to export a gif with the alpha channel intact I'm pretty much forced to export as mov through QuickTine, then bounce that move into Photoshop to export as .gif. At least that's what I've heard and thus do. Maybe I'm using an outdated method or found some incorrect information.

Thanks but Ezgif has resolution restrictions. For instance if I want to create a GIF larger then 1200x1200, I have to use some other apps or websites. I wish there was something without limits.

That's so funny that I came across your video this afternoon. I use mostly Indesign and Photoshop and I was hesitating to start using Canva as an extra tool. I worry about finding one of my photos gets used by them in some way I don’t like, so I never use free stuff, but I pay for photoshop and acdsee products, so I can expect privacy. I make all kinds of stuff for myself, and don’t post it except possibly for family or friends.

After effects is bulldozer, it can make road itself and walk,fast,
whereas the specific programs for specific tasks acts as lamborgini, runs very fast.

I'm hoping you can answer aquestion for me. I have PS CS6 and a 43" monitor. When I open PS it does not expand properly - all type and tools are really tiny. I use the mag to operate the software but it is very clumsy and slows me down really bad. I want to upgrade to PS 2020 and would like to know if it will read properly on my monitor before I do. Any help would be appreciated.
