Why should he be compensated? It was also his fault to be honest because as he was throwing this party and being the responsible for everything, he should verify and make sure that there is no minor in this party. Who knows if he knew that this girl was a minor and pretended of not knowing anything just to seize the opportunity to have a good time with her that night knowing she is young?

She said she didn't think it would be an issue at someone's house because she didn't think she would get caught clearly knowing she was not legally supposed to be doing what she was. Many were against the judge decision but for me it was just right, what happened to the guy is just the consequences of what he did. He must face it. The ladies are not to be blame, they just work. It’s his job to make sure he is safe of whatever he is doing. They may say doing such party before a wedding is normal but it’s kinda painful to the bride’s side if she will happen to know about it.

I like the show but I have to read the subtitle since I don't speak or understand Spanish, but clearly it's the wrong verdict, I'm thinking maybe the judge was a lady an she had sympathy toward the girl because her baby had a heart problem but it wasn't his fault, for example his party he buy 1 or 10 case of beer for the guest or if we're in that situation we're not gonna go around asking everyone that's holding a beer bottle or beer can to see their ID, we or he just wants everyone there to have a good time, the real person to blame is the other sister, why because she knew way before hand that her younger sister was a minor an under age an she still gave him info she'll bring her for 1,500 additional charger, that older sister should be the one at fault an responsible for the whole outcome, I'm not agreeing with 25,000 but that judge should have order that older sister to pay him something back. My heart goes out too him, catching a dumb case losing his job but more importantly losing his fiance soon to be wife, now he's left with nothing, he have to start back from the bottom all because of that stripper! I have realized after watching a few of these vids.

I feel like this was the best outcome, both parties suffered the consequences for their ignorance (which this is just a case of ignorance against ignorance) and neither party needed to have any more suffering put on them. They all went to jail, they all lost out on money, they all lost someone, forcing anyone to give the either anything would have just been putting a bandaid over the wound. The sisters should have looked into the law and the man should have checked her ID (similar to how a club can be held responsible for a minor being let in if they failed to check their ID) and they’ve both had enough consequences and now they’ll both have to make up the money on their own. Fair is fair and this is the best ruling in a very hard case.
