I write this as an encouragement to all who have not passed on the 1st try. I thank the Lord 1st and foremost for everything opportunity and every opened door He has given me. I passed my test yesterday after 6 tries. I have learned that a failure is not the one who fails and doesn't succeed, but the one one who quits after failing. I would've took it a 7th time if I didn't pass,even as far retaking the course. Its all in ones determination to succeed. Some of us passed on the 1st try, praise God. But some of us have to work just a little bit harder to succeed. Don't give up no matter what the cost, you will succeed if you never give up. The word says I can do all things thru Christ which strengthen me. Study your vocab take some of the free test, but leave room for Jesus to work a miracle. Thank you for all your videos, they were truly a blessing. Restudy the areas where the graph says you're weak, and the outline sheet of what's on the course. Believe you can do it, and do it till you pass! You are not a failure!
OMG!!! I literally just found this video before my test. I had an hour and a half and I didn't think I had a chance but I wanted to have an idea of what the test looked like. I listened to this one and a half times and well... I passed!! Lol I'm still in shock.
I just passed my Exam, and it’s only because of Joe. I wasn’t able to retain any of the information for months until I stumbled across this video. 3 days later I’m a real estate agent

I passed today in Los Angeles !!! In the parking garage I said out loud “We did it Joe!!!” 😂🙏🏻🤞🏻 In all seriousness I found the exam to be difficult! What I believe the true key to passing with much more ease than I did is to yes definitely start with KNOWING all of your VOCAB, where you don’t just know the definition but how it’s applicable. Next do Cali specific practice exams where you focus only on the right answer, and know in depth why that answer is right. If it’s a simple answer keep it simple. Read the exam questions slowly, so you don’t allow them to trick you! Take note a few questions may answer another questions inside the question. Do process of elimination/similarity on questions you’re unsure of. Meaning if three answers sound/mean the same the outcast may be the right one. Try to be clear and concise with finding the right answer, even if it’s only a part of the answer. So in summary vocab until you know it all encompassing, then Cali practice questions in each section, then take your time on each question of the actual exam! You will see that each little effort you made in studying will help you grab a questions answer here & there. That adds up then you will score over 70%. What Joe is doing in these CZcams videos is helping you get the vocab and a good base, then it’s up to you to do the practice tests to pick up the rest of the pieces of the puzzle. Had a hard time retaining all of this information after taking real estate course. I was scoring on my practice tests at 65-75% the next day I spent the weekend prior to my exam watching these videos and I did retakes on my practice exams and scored between 85-95% . Then took my exam on Monday after 2 days of this combination and passed on the first try! Thank you for your help couldn’t of passed without these videos!
Even 7 years later this video helped me! 🎉 I of course studied lots but coming up to the exam I watched this the night before and on my way to the exam and I passed the National with a 85%👏🏼 I watched so many prep agent videos and vocab videos and the way Joe really breaks things down makes sense!

Prep Agent is AMAZING. Period! I passed my exam on the FIRST try on Saturday, May 14th, 2022 in San Diego CA. This crash course was one of the first I started watching when I began my studies, and the one I listened to on the way to the exam. I studied for about 3 weeks before taking my exam. Mainly listened to the prep agent videos on the commute to work and back. I took notes and focused heavily on the vocab and concept videos Prep Agent has. During the exam, there were a lot of California-specific questions I didn't know that wasn't reviewed in these videos, but because I knew major concepts I was able to take "educated guesses." Still would recommend you watch some California-specific videos or read/study that content to be super double sure you will pass. But hands down, prep agent was the #1 reason I passed. Joe really covers major concepts in a way you understand. THANK YOU!
8 months ago I signed up for the course studied with prep agent failed the exam once passed on the 2nd attempt and can officially say I just listed my 1st house and also helping another client look for a property!! Never give up it’s doable just be disciplined and stay focused thanks Joe, Stu and the rest of the prep agent team
I watched this video today two hours before my test today. Thank you God and prep agent for helping me pass my real estate exam. We took our FIRST exam yesterday in San Antonio, Texas and her and I both passed both the state and National portions!!! I’m a California native and 58 years old. I’m planning on getting my license. Both my parents had their license. I am binge watching as many utube videos I can pertaining to Real Estate. To my surprise, I haven’t studied or even looked into prepping for the California State Exam. I was able to get 75% of the right answers for this video!!! I have owned many homes and was always very involved in the “buying and selling” of my properties. I plan on taking the online course for the exam. I have to say I was very proud of myself to say the least. I know I have a long way to go before I get my license, but, I know I can do it. I’m very business minded and people oriented. @@taino1975 I passed my state, failed national by 1 point. In all honestly, my test was 50% vocabulary and 50% stuff I had no clue. I dunno if it was just an unlucky draw of a test, but this video with Irene didn't help me pass.

I had 0 questions about easements, 1 question about personal property (something about a freestanding cabinet custom built into a wall), I had the same math question asked 3 different ways. It didn’t feel like I studied anything taking that test. Like it wasn’t the test I was supposed to take. Like I said 50% of it was stuff in this video other 50% was stuff I never heard of.

I passed today on my first try. I studied for about a month using mostly carealtyprep practice exams which were okay. I stumbled across Joe this past week and I am very grateful. For anyone looking to understand vocab in greater detail watch all of Joes videos on exam prep! Definitely helped me a ton.

@@KRWnME i sent that on Sunday mid day, had my test online that night. Passed as well on my first try. Actually was a lot easier than my exam for my certificate, however if anyone else reading this I got to the point where I didn’t know what else to study I grasped every concept well but wasn’t a complete expert. Familiarize yourself with every concept and figure out why they work together, after that it’s easier to hold information because you understand the application
Also now in 2022 the question are kind of the same but the vocabulary a little more complex and worded differently, just have to read it very slowly until you understand

So, it took me a while! I didn’t pass my first time and I got some good advice to live breathe real estate I watched CZcams videos about real estate ALL DAY even before bed! I watched this video in particular I think 3 or 4 times the night before on the way to the test. CZcamsd every concert and I passed! Words can’t describe the feeling I got leaving the testing the center! This video was amazing! don’t give up people, esp re test takers!

I am a Maryland resident. I went to take my PSI Real Estate Exam today. I felt pretty confident but decided to listen to the Irene 1 hr crash course. it was very helpful and I passed my exam. I recommend listening to this webinar. It was very Informative

I've watched a lot of Prep Agent videos and a lot of people comment about this video specifically and how good it is. I've watched it 3 times and am watching it a 4th. It's really good and a very good crash course on everything. A lot of times, we're never sure if we've studied enough, but all we can do is our best. I would love for you to do a video on Texas State specific material. I noticed in Irene's crash course everything was on a national level which really helped me understand some of the basics. All I can say is no matter how many times you fail, keep going and Do not give up!!! If I can pass so can you. take advantage of these videos and actually take the time to get it through your head. We took our FIRST exam yesterday in San Antonio, Texas and her and I both passed both the state and National portions!!! To my surprise, I haven’t studied or even looked into prepping for the California State Exam. I was able to get 75% of the right answers for this video!!!
I have owned many homes and was always very involved in the “buying and selling” of my properties.
I plan on taking the online course for the exam. I have to say I was very proud of myself to say the least.
I know I have a long way to go before I get my license, but, I know I can do it. I’m very business minded and people oriented. So happy I found your channel and now will watch each and everyone of your videos.

So after a VERY long year of studying and not passing the exam I passed on my third try today!!!!! I got the prepagent course 2 months ago and I’ve watched this video every other day for the past two weeks and I finally passed!!! I’m in shock lol thank you so much Prep Agent!!!!! Your the best :)

@@taino1975 I passed my state, failed national by 1 point. In all honestly, my test was 50% vocabulary and 50% stuff I had no clue. I dunno if it was just an unlucky draw of a test, but this video with Irene didn't help me pass.

I had 0 questions about easements, 1 question about personal property (something about a freestanding cabinet custom built into a wall), I had the same math question asked 3 different ways. It didn’t feel like I studied anything taking that test. Like it wasn’t the test I was supposed to take. Like I said 50% of it was stuff in this video other 50% was stuff I never heard of.
I’m going to watch all your videos instead of just reading my books myself. You make everything so much more simple.

I passed today on my first try. I studied for about a month using mostly carealtyprep practice exams which were okay. I stumbled across Joe this past week and I am very grateful. For anyone looking to understand vocab in greater detail watch all of Joes videos on exam prep! Definitely helped me a ton.

@@KRWnME i sent that on Sunday mid day, had my test online that night. Passed as well on my first try. Actually was a lot easier than my exam for my certificate, however if anyone else reading this I got to the point where I didn’t know what else to study I grasped every concept well but wasn’t a complete expert. Familiarize yourself with every concept and figure out why they work together, after that it’s easier to hold information because you understand the application
Also now in 2022 the question are kind of the same but the vocabulary a little more complex and worded differently, just have to read it very slowly until you understand

So, it took me a while! I didn’t pass my first time and I got some good advice to live breathe real estate I watched CZcams videos about real estate ALL DAY even before bed! I watched this video in particular I think 3 or 4 times the night before on the way to the test. CZcamsd every concert and I passed! Words can’t describe the feeling I got leaving the testing the center! This video was amazing! don’t give up people, esp re test takers!

I've watched a lot of Prep Agent videos and a lot of people comment about this video specifically and how good it is. I've watched it 3 times and am watching it a 4th. It's really good and a very good crash course on everything. A lot of times, we're never sure if we've studied enough, but all we can do is our best. Good luck to all of you who are prepping for your test, and congrats to everyone who has already passed. To all who have taken it and failed, never give up. Ever. I have my test tomorrow. I would love for you to do a video on Texas State specific material. I noticed in Irene's crash course everything was on a national level which really helped me understand some of the basics. I think only one material fact was California specific. I'm testing next week and could really use the video as you really put things into perspective. You are AWESOME!

Hi! I watched and listened to this while I got ready this morning to drive to Fresno for my test. It helped so much!! I then listened to one of your other crams on my drive there. I had studied prior but not as much as I should have in my opinion. Yesterday I studied all day taking 150 question practice exams from my book I got from first tuesday. I'm in Missouri, been going hard-core on course and studying for 3 months.... thought I was good to go for exam and scheduled it. Luckily I stumbled upon these videos 3 days before exam, have listened to them for 3 days straight.... and NOW I feel completely CONFIDENT . Thought I was ready before , but these videos, and the way you make it understandable on a whole different level made me realize I definitely would have been screwed, but I plan on killing this exam tomorrow morning bc of you!

I’m in Seattle, I didn’t purchase any content but I have been watching a ton of videos on CZcams. I failed my national portion of the exam twice because I was off by 2 questions. But I’m proud to say that I passed my exam yesterday! I just wanted to give my thanks for providing that videos; it helped me understand the vocabulary since I am more of an audio learner.
