Seattle Reign FC defender and captain Lu Barnes spoke with Circling Seattle Sports host Charles Hamaker ahead of the 89th annual Seattle Sports Star of the Year Awards! Barnes is one of five nominees for the Women's Sports award, notching a few incredible milestones for her own career as she captained Seattle Reign FC to the clubs third NWSL Championship appearance.
