I like that even if Cameron refuses and talk about that, when harvey tell him that Mike is for harvey what Harvey is for Cameron, he instantly doubt, but even more important, he goes and talk with mike to make a plan without harvey knowledge to save mike and put gallow in prisson forever... that show how cameron really cares about harvey and how he actually still think in him as his pupil.
