True story: i bought the taigun gt . Went out with my friend At first he was complaining why was i driving the car so enthusiastically and half a hour later he was doing the same. There is something about the 1.5 that makes u drive it fast. It is not about just the power but the way it delivers..🚀💥

The moment I drove the curcuma yellow 1.5 dsg taigun, I fell in love with it. I booked it within the minute and took delivery a week later. This car is just pure emotion, and there’s always a grin on my face when I drive it. I honestly think that Taigun GT+ is the most bang for the buck I’ve ever gotten when it comes to car buying.
Same here...I booked Gt+ after test drive.
I'm having to keep my "driver" emotions under check when driving the GT+ because my wife never fails to remind me of her and my son's presence and my responsibility as a law abiding citizen 😂

Astor looks are pretty killer
Fit and finish from both inside and outside is top notch
I literally test drove the Creta, Seltos, Hector, Harrier and XUV700 before buying the Taigun 1.5DSG. Based on my experience, I am not kidding when I say that none of the other cars can tug your heart like this 1.5 TSI engine. More importantly, the Korean twins and MG cannot even hold a candle to the VAG twins' driving dynamics and performance.
Ya 1.5 dsg is fab
But ya xuv 700 torque converter is not that bad as such but it's incomparable to DSG
same with me.. I tested all vehicles and finally booked tiagun 1.5 gt+

@@adityasingh7634 8.5-10 kmpl in the city and 13-15.5 kmpl on highways on an average. If driven with a light foot, the mileage is pretty good but drops dramatically if given the throttle

4:30 for someone with OCD like me, the chart is very irritating to read. It would have been better to line up all similar features and add the extra ones at the bottom of the chart.

I feel astor's looks are more eye appealing than the other two. Least eye appealing for me it's Taigun coz of it's front look resembles 70-80% with Ignis

Seems like heart of the assessor is inclined toward Astor as more time dedicated to explain the minute details compared to VAG twins. I have drove around 8 states for more than 15000 km, on steep mountains covered with ice on my Polo Cup Edition and never felt let down. All other analysts in various platforms are indicating that Astor is no match for these two apart from additional features and little more space

@Overdrive creators - Don't think that viewers would rely on the totals you provide. 😂 Also, work on the audio quality. We could hardly hear the 'driver' ( would not say reviewer) giving out the information.
It's just unbelievable stats, and even in the fuel economy, Astor gets a 9 when is the least efficient in giving mileage by the stats given by them only in 14.14 min/sec in this video. Pese khai ho toh karna parta hai....Such a poor review.

Proud Creta Owner since 2016. Bought 4s model. Travelled half of the India. Covered 1.3 lakhs kms. Changed clutch plate and pressure plate after 1 lakh kms. Still happy and satisfied.
Have seen many cretas with paint chipping problem from back and have brake issues too
Have seltos brake fail on uneven road in panic situation in all Hyundai and kia cars

Astor has most bling of the lot, but its not the one that will appeal to an enthusiast. Seats are tad soft and so is the suspension, which won't provide the feel you are looking for. But if you want most bang for your buck, base variant in Astor provides a lot and the feeling goes on all the way to the top.

As we all know no car is perfect, every car has its own plus and minus. Here Skoda & VW are sisters with different designs. But skoda is good overall. MG Astor is also good but not upto those sisters. What's happening in market is these car makers want to do business,in the end people are confused with somany models like how we have plenty of Android mobiles which confuse us for choosing right one. So people are really confused and go on watching CZcams reviews, But end up buying Maruti cars.

It's fine as the power doesn't translate on road, it's the slowest one in real life. And pretty dated also. But quite good vfm

@@midhungopan9270 check the race again, quikest time was by Kushaq so slower times are driver errors. Then Seltos dct had better quickest time than Kushaq then Taigun had the best time in these 4. So in automatics, Taigun>Seltos>Kushaq>Kicks. In manual, it will be a similar story!

Taigun/Kushaq 1.5 DSG is 🔥 no car can beat this engine and the gear box, Slavia is the way to go if you don't need a Sedan.

One of my friend purchased this beautiful car recently. this is a "Love at first site" Car. Exterior as well as interior are unmatched in this range. however, when you drive this car in hilly area, you will experience its power far below your expectations. In hilly terrain we need quick and powerful response from the car where it fails to deliver. Low power, Low pick-up.

It's one of the best car in the market now.we bought it...mind blowing features
Unfortunately Astor CVT is sluggish and not a recommended one, compared to the turbo petrol. Astor with CVT returns pathetic fuel economy figures as well.

@@Cyrax210 in some other similar channel test Kushaq DSG was quicker than Taigun... the taigun gt manual is sure more punchier due to less weight and lower tyre size.

All these cars waste of the hard earned money, how can you sell such a big car with puny petrol engines and what about the mileage aspect in real world conditions, these might give only 9-14km in daily basis irrespective of driving conditions
I will prefer Nissan Kicks 1.3 L Turbo over all these 3 Cars for the value and performance it offers at the price point.
Poor marketing and after sales service is the only reason this car is underrated, test drove Kicks and previous gen Creta, Kicks is miles ahead in terms of driving dynamics

its door bars are made of cheap and scratchy plastic with low quality steel and the soft touch people say about astor its actually letherite not leather is in some years it will start tearing up and astor doesn't have aluminum coating in the hood and the mud guard part mg knows how to fool indians because they no that if they only give insulation hood indian people will won't doubt it the astor doesn't even has sponge for insulation but people don't have brain while vw just for it didn't gave insulation in hood everyone is is blamming it but actually vw has given every other insulation including they have given than sponge thing t help with insulation level and the aluminium coating too and astor is also good for people who don't have much knowledge about cars check the doors of astor and compare it with taigun its lighter than taigun and the plastics in astor ayhei the worst scratchy the astor accelaration is really poor(talking about 1.3 turbo the 1.5 naturally aspirated will be even poor)the steering is not at all good for high speeds and tc is not too quick to shift and in the astor if you even drive it in 90kmh you will feel like you are in 120kmh and thats really poor who are driving enthusiasts and after this much costcutting any company can bring a leatherite dashboard with a gimmick sussy AI

Overall, I like the astor driving dynamics as compared to both the vehicles. It has classy looks and a refined and powerful turbo-petrol engine. One of the best features I have seen in the segment is advanced features like ADAS and AI Assistant.

Both Taigun and Kushaq suffer with EPC issues. Go check users experience. You will be stalled in the middle of a highway. It's no more German. Astor owners are blissfully happy. It offers bang for your hard earned bucks.

Skoda is subsidiary of Volkswagen and VW is not trustworthy for safety features specially airbags, my car DL10CK met with accident and airbags didn't deployed when needed; we were saved by GOD sake otherwise it was fatal accident and may other be not so lucky to share worst experience with defective airbags of VW and VW in India is known as Skoda India. We pay extra for airbags because it directly relates to our life but defective airbags of VW became threats of life. Some you tubers only focus on money and never bother about their viewers's life who have blind faith on their information and take decision to go with any brand; never consider experience of their viewers and continue the brand who paid them extra for avoiding their viewers worst experience with the brand who they never bother about their own clients.
