the more u play these kind of games, the slower the notes are to your eyes, first time u play it, u can barely see and think wich button to press at the same time, givin 2 months or so of playin, u don't even need to think, your fingers already know where to go !
I guess, that back then people prefered going to concerts of the band, instead of buying the records. It's kinda sad though. Man, I hope that they make more tributes to The Beatles, games, movies etc.

I'm guessing the reason why it's classified as another is because of the amount of the doubles, triples, and quads that you have to do at certain speeds.

I'd have to guess this was speeded up a bit, because although I'm seeing it, I couldn't imagine playing a game that went that fast and not getting frustrated at it..
Just to clarify, I edited this video to shorten the wait time between the moment the player selects the song and the moment the player begins to play. I did not speed up the video, I only cut a part of it out. If you listen to the Bloody Tears (IIDX Edition) on the Distorted OST, you'll find that the song length is equal as well.
I think, the arcades in japan are making a much larger profit than those in (i think, I'm not in Canada) Canada and the United States. I only know of a couple good arcades within driving range. and in Japan you can find an arcade almost anywhere in the large cities.

i realise... dj hell's style is such that he rarely uses his thumbs. but i heard from so many people that you HAVE to use ur thumbs in order to reach higher level of gameplay. this made me doubt it lol. i just love dj hell's style.
Eh, kind of like...yeah. In that it is a rhythm game that requires you to hit the right notes to produce the sound. So beatmania, guitar hero/rock band, amplitude, taiko drum masters, and yeah...pretty much a bunch of others. They're all fun, some harder than others.
One of the coolest playing styles I've seen. Fun watching him, and it's a great song.

It's more muscle memory with the fingers along with getting used to the shape of the patterns of keys coming down than reading each individual key.
This song was one of the top reasons getting into this game.
