Majority Tibetan are like that sadly. They dont give importance on education rather sending their child to either monasteries for free food and shelter or armies to defend other country and sacrifice ones own life to other country land. Look up israeli jewish people or japanese people who study so hard to become something. Tibetan in abroad need to help this poor honest lady to reach where she dont need to head down
