I have been saying for years that Togbe is the downfall of our beloved Accra Hearts of Oak. People are scared to say anything because he was building Kpobiman Complex. What is the use of the complex when the club is relegated! Hearts of Oak as a club need to find another rich man to come and take over the club from Togbe.
