To be fair though, Isaac's Heart *is* a bad item to take. It forces the player to use a different playstyle from what they're used to. This means that unless you get used to playing with this item (which, why would you want to?), it's not gonna be something you'd want in a run at all.
Edmund was definitely trolling when he made Sacrificial Altar unable to get rid of Isaac's Heart.
U could use esab J to get rid of isaac's heart next time maybe.
