The collab was temporary and it is over sadly. The resturant changes these every month or so. It was sweet paradise in Harujuku and Kanagawa.

It was only temporary, but was in Kanagawa at the Sweets Paradise near Kawasaki Station

It was 1,500 yen to access the restaurant since its a buffet, and then each Genshin food item was 700 yen
