I used to play this game as a child. I remember there were microtransactions, but they weren't that necessary or in your face from what I remember. The game didn't constantly yell at you to buy gems, and I never really found myself running out. Plus, none of the customisation options were locked behind them so that's good. When it comes to microtransactions the game could be a lot worse.

I remember playing the game when i was young before it got infamous for its community content. I believe the only game I’ve touched was gacha studio and club. The game has a lot of customization features so I used that for character references and a base for drawing when I was younger. Sad to see the game disgraced because of the community.

It's a video game, yes, but it's mainly used as a way for people to make videos and tiktoks. Also, if you go to the spooky house, and find the room with 5 or 6 teleporters and step on them in a certain pattern, you get taken to one of the most mysterious parts of the game, two glitched characters that seemingly make no sense being in this game. Also I played it for a while and never once payed money for it, and managed to get almost everything in the game's loot boxes.
The company that made Gacha Life, Lumine, also made a visual novel. As far as visual novels go, I've read worse; the artwork is pretty not great, the UI is annoying, and the story is derivative of one of their other games that I couldn't be bothered to play. But it has some good moments, and Ellie's route in particular is cute in a kind of cringy way. If you want to read a Western vn, you could go worse, I guess. Key still has 'em blown out of the water, though

As somebody who played gacha, the gachapon system does nothing except give gifts to use in life mode which has no effect on studio mode so most people never bothered.

I don't really think those gacha prizes (that you thought were lootboxes) are really for financial purposes, although there is an ingame shop where you can purchase Gem packs, you can also earn gems simply by playing the minigames and talking to other characters in life mode till they level up, also you don't really have to gacha to replenish stamina, you can wait, as it replenishes over time. (Also, the items you get from the gacha can be used in studio mode, you can also give them to characters in life mode when you unlock the gift option, each character has a certain favorite gift of each type, which gives more friendship points when given to them)
Reminder: you don't pay for anything in the game, you play the minigames to get diamonds

If you use BlueStacks to play the game, you can actually set the controls for it. I prefer the keybinds like in Shaggy Mod in 6-key songs with SDFJKL keys to use. Very simple and you maybe will thank me later, but since you will end the video here, this'll be a fact for ya.

Honestly, watching Gacha Life videos is quite a ride - the majority of the movies are... well, uhm... yeah. But once you find an actual good one, it feels so refreshing.
Well the problem for me is things are repetitive too repetitive some examples are the hated child who became a queen a story that involves any type of an alpha in it and every girl character looking the same. As a "Gacha Kid" watching this then I actually found this really funny! Well i use to play this game in the past when i was 11 years old
And i have to admit that the menu isn't that hard since i could understand the first time and i was a peanut size brain(im still a peanut size brain but we dont talk about that)
And the actual game isn't like EA since just by playing minigames you already get alot of gems and the objects aren't even inportant since
Children play this game not to do the
"Life" part of the game and yet the "Studio" part of the game.
the cool part of the game Is that when childrens start making stories they will eventually get better at it not just that, they brain will eventually develop better. Not just that they mind will get more creative eventually allowing them to do actual good stories.

The biggest reason why i hate Gacha Life is because i've seen countless brain-rots posting Gacha edits on art channels on Discord and that the fact the community instantly gives you stage 4 cancer after 5 seconds of exposure.

As a person in the gacha community there is alot of stuff gacha vore,gacha heat,gacha cringe,people who send hate to people who likes gacha.
the pico replacement for picc is SPECTACUAL
I only use it to make anonymous virtual avatars and to help visualize potential OCs. Other than that, I don't care about the Gacha games or the fandom at all. There are some truly disgusting people in that fandom that make animations about very inappropriate things such as yaoi, sex, rape, incest, child abuse, etc. It scares me that kids like that who make edgy content on topics they don't understand exist.
