Classic Game Room Atari 2600 game room tour shows the Atari 2600 collection at Classic Game Room headquarters, the CGR Intergalactic Space Arcade! Atari games collection shows the Atari 2600 collection from Classic Game Room including more than 370 Atari 2600 games!
This show showed me how much fun Atari and classic arcade games can be. I bought an Atari 7800 and a ton of games (with their manuals) a few years ago that I continue to play today.
What I'm trying to say I guess is, thank you Mark for providing entertaining and yet quality reviews for classic games and systems. They have led to me finding enjoyment in many games I would otherwise never have even considered trying.
I probably laughed harder than I should have when you let out that sigh of disappointment when you revealed the first copy of E.T.
Mark, you have enough copies of ET and Pac-Man to have your own landfill.
Hey Mark you should do a 40th anniversary Atari 2600 video on September 11 when the console official turns 40 years old.
9/11 never forget
Jet fuel can't melt Truxton.
*picks up ET, sighs and moves on* lmao
I love the sigh when you first came to ET. I do the same thing when I see my copy.
Oh man, Atari was either hit or miss with games, but classics like Adventure can really turn people's opinion around about Atari. Great video!
You have that Pole Positn, kinda rare! Also... Do you have a copy of Gremlins signed by Billy Peltzer (Zach Galligan) himself? No? That's because I have the only one in the world he's ever signed!!! ;-)
Congrats on the Video Game Console Book!
I really enjoyed the CGR Blu-ray from a couple years back, so i'll be looking to pick up the physical copy of the book in the near future!
I just started collecting vintage Atari 2600 cartridges, I've been bidding on boxed 2600 games like crazy on eBay lately.
Love your first reaction to ET. Anyhow I really loved your really old Atari 2600 cartridge design reviews. I was glad someone else was as fascinated by the different designs as I was. Also "Firefly" now that was a fun review
That Cookie Monster game has a special controller that goes with it, which I think was called the Kids' Controller. It was basically a single keyboard controller with only the number pad. I believe it also could use overlays too.
Brings back ALOT of happy Memories, many friday and Saturdays playing these GREAT days all day, first 3 games i got was Space Invaders, Pac-Man, and Video Pinball
Très bon vidéo!! Continuez le bon travail😎!!
I love Atari! Atari is my life!
I liked the video before the ad was finished
I have a copy of tapper I was so happy to find my collection is growing wish I could get out hunting more don’t know how you keep from matching up the labels I keep having to redo it.
i was inspired to get an ATARI 2600. thanks classic game room! WOOD GRAIN
Thanks for sharing VECTRIX is like magic ❤
Nice collection, and that ultra massive book looks amazing!
Awesome collection
You should do a review of all the Atari 2600 Super Hero Games. Like Spiderman, Superman, etc...
I put my games in alphabetical order so this is hurting my OCD very badly.
BloodRavyne games I play the most generally staying in the console.
BloodRavyne mine are all sorted in the order of when I got them unless I can't remember when I got them
lol, my ocd is organize my dvds and blurays in release year order.
I do this too, but before it I sort it by country (US, Japan or National)
The thing is, alphabetizing stuff isn't just OCD. If you know the name of the game, you can find it in just a second or two! I don't understand how Mark can stand having them arranged like this...
There are many good homebrew Atari games available. I like Scramble, Juno First, Draconian, Space Rocks, Lady Bug, and Super Cobra The arcade game.
Atari is as awesome as your voice you fucking rule sir! 👍🍒✊
Jealous of that boxed Secret Quest, easily one of the best games on the console
Impressive!!!!!!! How much of this stuff was acquired via e-begging?
I have all those 2600 carts also. Maybe 20 boxes, I don’t-do boxes I have limited space. 🥳
Hey Mark! You Also Have Atari Anthology Too. I Have That Game Just Like You Do. Remember When You Reviewed Atari Anthology For Xbox?
Why don't you have a separate selection for Pacman?
-ET shows up- "...ugh" xD
Awesome! CGR rules and so does Atari 🍺
Senran kagura is my favorite Atari game
I sold my entire collection recently.
Only got £130, that included a reproduction of Texas Chainsaw Massacre and other rare titles.
I counted six Combats. The only duplicates I currently have are Combat, Beserk, and Asteroids with I can't find. Counting duplicates I have 34.
If he sold all his doubles he could probably empty a whole shelf
Thumbs up if you want Lord Karnage to say out loud the name of every Atari game in his collection.
A half hour I'd like to spend.
Is it me or the turbo volcano suddenly became an afro volcano?
Combat? With the tanks?
is Magnum Skywolf out yet?
ATLEAST, put the Swordquest games together. XD
I have about 115 games. When you collect Atari games, you collect duplicates. That's just a fact of life. My favorite games are: Atlantis, Asteroids, Jawbreaker, Defender, Laser Blast, Demon Attack, River Raid, and Yar's Revenge
finally mentioned qubert
I think you've posted this video before.
do more psp and ps2 stuff
Best Atari games: Enduro, River Raid, Space Invaders, Maze Craze, Haunted House, Ms. Pac-Man, Adventure. Worst Atari games: Anything with "Swordquest" in front of it; anything with "Realsports" in front of it (and I love sports games); Pac-Man (below public's expectations; actually better than 100s of games). Underrated Atari game: E.T. (liked it; challenging). Note: There are probably 20 more good ones that I'm not thinking about right now.
Also I'm surprised that with the amount of games you have, that you don't have "Tanks But No Tanks"
have you played Atari today!
You can never have enough copies of river raid
ive never heard of pac-kong before, im thinking it could be a crossover between pac-man and donkey kong.
Mario Munoz yes
Atari is my city
just 450 ? This means you are roughly missing more than half of all 2600 games (although mostly cheap and obscure junk).
Bruh I think you have enough Defenders.
Thumbs up for surprise Senran Kagura.
Cookie Monster monster munch or cookie monster munch. Circus Atari...ah😞
I remember having all these games when I was young, My parents friends were coke heads, so we got everything pretty cheap :)
While I grew up playing Atari and loved it during it's hayday I can't go back and play the games like I can the NES & SNES games. It's just too cheese dick today.
Atari is a right not a privilege, everyone has to buy a Atari or pay a fine/tax. 🕹
Why everybody calls it a Two thouthands and six hundred?
I got rid of all of my duplicates.
Nolan Bushnell follows me on Twitter. That is all.
Only 3 copies of Basic Math and you call yourself a collector?
Two words...Derecks Feet
What's an atar1?
the follow up to the atar0
But do you have a copy of Pac-Man?
Pac man blah blah blah pac man
Memes
But atari 2600 games are laggy and unresponsive compared to nes games.
Yeah and games on the Odyssey were slower, and ones on the snes were faster.
