Dear Ms. Barra, instead of praising the company's activities should urgently address the worst customer service and service garages scammers that cause great damage, very dangerous to buy a vehicle from GM.
Mrs. BARRA the company you're managing for the customer service, the customer is equal to zero in the company you are managing, there are liars, plus there is a lot of bad attitudes to the client, you are aware of the posts almost every day, and it seems you don't particularly care. It seems that the problem in the company begins with the head, so the other employees are doing so. It is very dangerous to buy a vehicle from GM and it is very important that many people beware.
