This is much better then any Tyros I have ever listened to. Very nice features for voice and making your own samples.

I am using the Roland EM 2000 arranger for the last 10 years already and started checking out new arrangers as would like to get renewed a little... still haven't decided if to go for this one or Yamaha's or Roland's... not simple to make a decision.

Fantastic sounds from the korg, very talented keyboardist! I have a T5 and Pa3x. The T5 has amazing all round quality but the korg seems to have more of a live band sound which is sometimes what I want. Pa4x is coming soon?

They are both equally good. However the Kronos has better nuances with the amazing multi layers maps of samples so you can really hear the resonant of the acoustic piano like open lid, body size and etc
@acaruso36 I love my Tyros 4 but I think Korg you can control the sounds a lot more
Looks like the PA3X Pro is a good all around keyboard.
Can I adjust the instrument sounds if I want it to have a lttle diffrent sound.
Can it do a rapid drum attack like on a snare.
Can you go from one sound to the other without any note drop out like
they put in the Kronos.
What would you use the A to B with midi and mp3 files, I guess no wave files.
Looks like its great for playing and singing your favorite songs.
I just wonder how well Korg is going to support the styles etc
for new music coming out. Will they have companies making new styles. I guess you could play mp3 files of the songs through it
but not like a style made for that song.

Im looking for a new keyboard workstation looking at the
Kronos,PC3K8, Pa3X
Sing along feature is nice but I could add that with the same companies external box to any of them.
Does the PC3K8 have the best sound from what you have played
from the ones I have listed. I watched the video on the PC3K8 seems to have lots of power to create custom sounds. I wish it had styles but I guess I could just play songs through it.
How does this compare to a CVP-509. Looks like it has styles like is one the
Tyros 4. Now the Jupiter 80 has power sounds too for strings, horns etc.
With those background music or styles its like a Tyros 4. Is Korg coming out
with new background sounds for it like they do on the Tyros 4 and CVP-509
systems.
Can you make your own styles like is done on the PRS-S950, you lay the tracks down and then hit a button and the PRS-S950 turns it into a style.
Does Korg have many styles a person can buy for it and new
ones as new songs come out like Yamaha does with its Tyros 4?

How many sections can I split the keyboard into for diffrent sounds. I would buy the 76key version for more room, wish they made a 88key version. I guess I could connect a 88key midi
keyboard to it for more room and wonder if I could control sections
on that controller?
Are there lots of Styles of diffrent songs and that keep up with the new songs coming out?
That is one thing the Tyros-4 has is Yamaha with their musicsoft webpage.

I would like to run it through my JBL PBX612M powered PA from my mackie 14 channel
audio board. That should make it sound real nice with good bass and highs.
Oh my, the keyboard itself doesn't comes with the in-built speakers? The features on this looks more complex than its predessors...
Anyway, may come down to the store to get more experience on this set.

I don't know if Kronos can do that or the Tyros-4 either.
Yamaha had megavoice technology 5 year ago with valve noise, guitar fret noise etc. In 2011 korg bring out these as buttons? Hmm I think musicians have enough to do without pressing more unnecessary buttons.

Wow is it just the video quality or does this keyboard have really bad sound? Tyros 4 20 times better!
They still sound like the old korg sounds nothing new in my eyes except for the guitar section which sounds good. lower piano part way too heavy really dislike this.
Professional arrange? Professionals don't use an arranger.
So you mean they are both equally bad.
