The True Upper Narrators arne't really beings but are more of Pataphysical Concepts that influence the Narrative including The Final Frontier. It's like The Noosphere from SCP-EN except it ecompasses Pataphysical Narrative Concepts that effects the Metafictional Plot itself rather than the Essophysical Ideas that effects Metaphysical Existence. The Scarlet Devil is one of these True Upper Narrator embodying the Concept of Malice with him being an obvious mirror to SCP-001 Tufto's Proposal from SCP-EN. Both of which are Ideas/Concepts that influences the Structure such as The Final Frontier and The Patasphere, both embody the Idea of Chaos and Malice and have Physical Avatars such as The Scarlet King (Djoricverse) and The Red Existence and both are considered as the ultimate threat against Humanity with them being represented by The True Protagonist Of Life in SCP-CN and The SCP Foundation in SCP-EN. The Red Existence/The Scarlet King on the other hand is an obvious mirror to The Scarlet King (Djoricverse) due to having the same (at least similar) goals and origin such as both of them wanting to destroy creation whatever. Obviously both The Scarlet Devil and The Red Existence are obviously stronger than Tufto's Proposal and The Scarlet King (Djoricverse) due to Narratives and stuff but when it comes to lore, they're pretty similar ngl.
