For extension visa, i thought there was no minimum salary threshold? You mentioned £29,000 or going rate (whichever is higher). What if someone is paid less than £29,000 but above the previous minimum threshold of £26,200 and above the going rate for the job?

Should we do part time only in the jobs which are "yes" for the skilled worker caregory or can do from the "No" type as well.

If you are working with Org-A on a sponsored visa you can switch to Org-B.
*First once you get a job offer from Org-B, they would run your background check and then apply for a new COS.
*Once you get the COS then your visa is almost secured. Post that Org-B Will initiate your Skilled work visa.
*If your visa is approved, you will be notified by mail.
* Now Org-B will confirm your job offer. You have secured your job and visa now.
*The next step is to initiate job resignation with Org-A and serve notice period.
*Once over, your employment is terminated completely and you can start working with Org-B from the date of your new "COS start date"
