The Pokémon world has great healthcare, my dude. You can get your level 2 Pidgey back even if it gets Hyper Beam'd by a level 100 Rayquaza.

If it were the video game, Red would proceed to march forward and effortlessly annihilate every Team Rocket member in a symphony of bloodlust.
I'm not kidding either. By this point in the game I would typically be able to take down each trainer like they're nothing.
@immortalfrieza Yeah, Red made a smart decision not to fight Team Rockets if he out number and doesn't enough power points to defeat all of them.

To be fair to Red, some of the feats of physical strength that Trainers regularly accomplish is pretty insane, so being able to just 'black out' after being thrown in lava or such is at least semi-reasonable when you can carry, what, 99 of every item and still walk/run at the same speeds?
Then again, Nurse Joy exists, so. If they can heal pokemon from basically death, surely they can magically heal trainers too.
Not to mention what trainers can do in the anime. Ash can easily lift 72kg of larvitar, Jessie&James survive countless electrocutions and explosions, a girl in episode 267 (Macy) lovingly hugs a magcargo without getting any burn, ...
Pretty sure the folk in pokemon world are quite NOT HUMANS.

I love imagining that each time Red woke up after blacking out, he sprints directly for the cave to continue trying to reach the end. The hiker, still standing at the entrance, stares in wonder as this kid persists through falling in lava, getting crushed by a boulder, etc etc etc....

I already missed these Pokemon animations, especially the animations of the challenges that Red has to overcome in these caves, I felt nostalgic when I saw this animation :)
I was also expecting that clefairy to notice Red passing by and screaming very loud like a heavy-metal musician, lounching Red against the wall!

A few outtake scenarios I can see from this clip, of what might have happened differently:
* 0:26 RED stares at the lava pit, onlu for a Mario world fireball to jump out and hit them.
* 1:00 RED hits the box and Snake is inside. He dies on the spikes, and RED hears someone shouting out "Snake? Snake?? SNAKEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!"
* 1:24 RED mistimes it, and falls asleep around Jigglypuff, who gets angry and uses a marker pen to doodles on his face.
* 1:42 RED goes down the ladder, and finds Link finding treasure.
* 2:06 Team Rocket get a call from Giovanni telling them they are fired for failing to stop RED and stealing his pokemon.
* 2:24 RED actually saves Geodude from being crushed, who suddenly becomes friends with him.
* 2:49 RED stops when he hears the Team Rocket goons getting called by Giovanni, and they decide to burn their phones rather than be berated for their failure.
* 3:06 RED lands and finds himself attacked by Koopas; Mario appears outside Mt Moon and hits a hidden ? block, which RED pops out of, beaten and bruised.
Poor Geodude, got crushed into tiny pieces on the 2nd attempt
I find it funny that despite getting killed by an axe, falling in lava, being crushed by a boulder, getting hit by Geodude’s rock throw(RIP Geodude), falling from Sandslash’s Sand Tomb(not sure if that’s the right move), and being blown up from a group of Electrodes, all just to say “Red has blacked out”. Gotta say, Red is tougher than I thought he would be.
So you turned pokemon into every 2000s RPG dungeon. I applaud you good sir!

Oh my goodness, that was inhumane of a challenge. Team rocket is not playing around. Mt Moon just obtained a heavily overhaul and the ending is just priceless.

Ah man the ending. So sad, yet so true. I remember when playing in LeafGreen, I got out of the Rock Tunnel only tj be challenged by a hiker, I had used up all my potions and I didn’t want to go through that place again

@levelup. Great video. It would be cool if a pikachu or an electric type was powering the treadmill and have it looking tired or fall over at the point the running stopped.
Conceptually a game like this, but where you also get to use your pokemon to help in challenges, would buy in an instant

Okay first stealing so many of these for the next time I do a Chain Game with my team and this reminds me a weird bit of Brave Fenceer Musashi. The traps, the music, the puzzles all of it! Weird I know but quite neat and was a heck of a lot of fun to watch over and over again to get the coding right.
