I just took the V10 sound from F1 2013 and put it into the 2017 game and here's the comparison.

nah, it's the V10 sound that was used for the classic v10 cars in f1 2013.

Both sound awful. Still waiting for codemasters to nail the real sounds. Even the regular V6 Sounds are weird
