09-14 F-150 blend door actuator thumping noise reset fix. After unhooking battery and hooking back up my blend door actuator would not stop making a thumping noise and the air flow for the AC was not coming out of the front of dash. Which the truck cab was not cooling. After a hour of trying to remember how i got it working before. I turned the AC off and turned the temperature up all the way to red hot. Once the thumping noise stopped I turned the temperature all the way back down and turned the AC back on and the the door started to function properly and within seconds the air was blowing out the front of the dash cold. No fuse pull reset or replace the actuator. This is atleast the third time this has happened to me after cleaning the battery cables which corrode often which can be another video so i made this video to remind me next time lol and help anyone else out i hope.
