Chahe rank zyada ho ya kam pehle preference usko dete h jisne pehle round mey participate kia h.
e.g. Round 1 mey student X jiski rank 10000 h usko seat mil jati h. Uske baad student Y jiski rank 9000 ney Round 2 mey pehli bar participate/registration kia. Student Y ko seat tabhi milegi yadi Seat vacant ho. Aisa kabhi nahi karte ki rank 10000 waoe ko hata kar usko seat di jaye.
Yahi loss rehta h late participation ka.
8.5xx rank mai bhi koi seat allot nahi hui. Kya round 4 hoga , aur manipal main aur blg campus mai cse mil sakti h? Please help.

Aapko institute mein abhi ke alloted branch ki classes attend karna padhega while you apply for your desired branch at the institute . And if you are eligible after the round you will get it
