In an interview to Firstpost Managing Editor Palki Sharma, Bhutan's Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay hailed Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Neighbourhood First Policy. The Prime Minister, along with six other leaders from India's neighbourhood was invited to New Delhi to attend the oath taking ceremony of PM Modi. After the ceremony, PM Modi met the visiting leaders at Rashtrapati Bhavan and reaffirmed India’s commitment to the region. Expressing optimism for PM Modi's third term, Prime Minister Tobgay said: "Modi 3.0 is going to be bigger". Here is excerpt from that exclusive conversation.
