This is happen when no floor height limit instructions by local government । See in America and other modern country their floor hardly 1 ft above road । This will happen everywhere in India ।

I don't know why people make make their houses actually that high even 1ft height from road would suffice even in worst flooding on streets which are itself made high from main road
@@mudit1 Bro its not for flood only, In our case, own house was built not so long before it was made in 2004 that time our huse was 4 feet up from the ground level but the today condition is this that our front road is 1.5 feet up from our gardens ground level. That means in just 18 years Ground level increase by 5.5 feet thats why this is needed

You have to reconstruct the whole floor again, which also may require lots of money, if u r putting marvel into it. Otherwise the building remains as it is

Demolishing and reconstruction will cost you more than 3 times of what expenses are occurring in lifting. Now opt which one would be better

What about the column footing, the strength will not remain same, how you put columns and footings after lifting the house?
We recreate the pillar after lifting and also joint the rod inside, it will remain the same u can further construct more floors after our work

The rod are welded and tied together after that normal Dhali/column is being done

There is no safety measures. If something goes wrong either during lifting or after completing then government and officials will come with rules etc.. Court judge will give notice and statement.

When a local contractor built a house there is also a chance of getting things wrong, and it happens we have seen in the past, but in our case thanks to God that not a single casualty has taken place till date.
